I can't read the link here at work but i'm guessing its just a translated version of the PS2 game?

No. The link says it's two seperate fighting games, one by Namco and the other by Capcom.

So i'm guessing it will be like Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 and SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos, two games based on the same idea just each being a unique version made by each company.
