Help with unzipping files

Anybody know a good program ( preferably free ) that will open .rar files? Nothing that came on my Windows Vista 64 will open it and I'm afraid to download any random program that comes up on google. Don't want spyware or a virus. Any trustworthy free programs out there?

Now can someone tell me what a .dlc file is? How can I get this to play on my computer ( it's supposed to be a video file ) or to burn it to a DVD?

http://fanedit.org/7661/

This is what I downloaded. I got a free trial to WinRAR to unzip it, but now my computer does not recognize the file type.

No idea what a dlc file is, but I'd recommend trying VLC player first.

That link just wants me to let them scan my computer. I'm not sure I'm comfortable allowing a strange website to do that. Are they trustworthy? Are you familiar with that site or is that just something that came up in a google search?

WinRar.

You can get it for free from download.com. Its the program I use when putting together wrestling stuff for people and has done very well for I.

Thanks.

I already downloaded WinRar and unzipped the file ( read the whole thread ). Now it's a .dlc and I can't figure out how to get it to play.
