I've never really delved into the Genesis library. Please recommend the best of the best of these categories:
Action/adventure (Zelda-type or otherwise)
RPGs
Strategy
Don't bother recommending platformers, sports, or racing games - I don't care for those. |

Shining Force 1 and 3, Shining in the Darkness.
Zelda-type (Landstalker, and Crusader of Centy, and Beyond Oasis, which is pretty awesome).
Dune: Battle for Arakis
Herzog Zwie (Way ahead of its time)

I had no idea what I was playing back in the day. | I knew you were my brother from another mother. Target Earth was the shit, but be careful that you don't recommend a game to Mega Moon that will give him a heart attack.

It looks like a typical platformer to me, honestly.
Crusader of Centy looks pretty good, though.

Hey Mega. check out Herzog Zwie. It's like the early RTS type game, but instead of a mouse pointer, you play a Transformer Robot/Jet that deploys your troops but stays and fights along with them.
