Anyway, how can I earn the 5/5 campaign points on a mission? can only seem to get 4... |

and I assume platinum = 5 points, gold = 4 points, etc.
thing is, it appears as though higher levels are locked until I get more campaign points, which makes time (points) essential for progression. I can't get near platinum, though I suspect once I have all my attributes raised, it'll be easier? | |

Don't worry -- you won't need to get platinums in order to unlock all the levels. Or even gold. If you average somewhere between a bronze and a silver you should be able to progress through the entire campaign.
While the game was designed to give some rewards to those who can get the higher medals, it was also designed not to punish those who aren't hard-core gamers or who otherwise don't want to "rush" the mission for a platinum. | |
