Yeah, from what I've heard, the graphics have been fixed as have the Trophies and lip syncing for the PS3... not sure if the 360 version has had any such update just yet.

Yeah I was listening to one of the podcasts where they say that the patch fixed the graphical issues, as well as some other issues.
