What is the best DVD Creating Software?

Howdie,

I'm looking to put some of my wedding videos together on DVD, I wanted to know what program is the best for the job. I want one that has some very minor options, such as a menu and such.

I tried Super DVD creator and it converts the files to VOB, then it crashes so it never burns the files of the menu.

Any suggestions on other simple programs?

Kev

Bumping because I've been curious about this as well. Also have a PC.

the freeware program DVD Flick will create simple DVDs, but I'm not sure about menus.

There's no easy one-step solution, unfortunately. Just dig around the site and find some guides that fit your needs.

Vista comes with "Windows DVD Maker" which is about as simple as you can get. My only issue with it is that most of the menu templates on there show up funny on my DVD players (They come up on the top half of the screen with a green bar on the bottom on one DVD player, but don't come up at all except for the menu choices on the other DVD player). I can still use them, but it's kind've odd. There is at least one menu template that I found that works perfectly on one of my DVD players though.

There's VERY few options with it, so if it's simplicity you're looking for, this is it.

Looking for a MIB Alternators Swerve for TRADE! PM me!
