Sounds right, with Passerby area, correct? I'm not sure if that has the ability to give you the Eon Ticket, I would hope so as I'll need an Eon Ticket as well. (Considering the 3ds won't connect to a GBA with an E-Card Reader, so I can't use the Eon Ticket for Gen III here.  )

That's how I got some secret bases... Which motivated me to fix up mine a bit better, still need to move it from the original spot you set it in, but I can do that when I get more items for my Secret Base and want better room.

Seeing how I'm wasting time, I've decided to cancel the whole grinding session and move on and focus on my main team instead of working on randoms I may or may not use anyway. All the while I caught a Manky, traded a Spearo for a Farfetch'd, my Pidgey evolved to Pidgeotto, got the old rod and bicycle, and right now I'm St. Anna getting my Cut to battle Surge.

 

According to Serribi you get a serial code to get Mew in Sun and Moon if you get the 3DS Red, Blue, Green or Yellow. By any chance did you get something like that? Is it Japan only? Or is it not available yet due to the games not even being released yet?

 

That was a Japan only event, and the serial code is redeemed on X/Y or ORAS, not Sun/Moon.

 

I highly doubt that, according to the site it won't be live until 2017, if I remember right. The Mew Serial code for X/Y and ORAS was for the 20th anniversary Mew celebration event and that was available from GameStop.

EDIT: Ah, perhaps I misread, apparently it was for ORAS, not X and Y and it did happen in Japan only, it's available until March of next year for redemption...Seems like a long time for one of those.

 

Yeah, the Gamestop Mew event was an entirely different event. The Japanese RGBY Mew event started February 27th and Serebii lists that serial code being redeemable for X/Y as well as ORAS on their Current and Upcoming events page, as well as on their news page when they announced that event back in December.

The Pokemon Center's in Japan also have an in-life event so players can get Mew for their virtual console Red, Green, Blue or Yellow... Unlike the rest of the world that can only get a Mew on those games with the Mew glitch.

Surge's battle is by far the easiest gym battle when all you need is one ground-type pokemon. My Geodude evolved to Graveler, my Magikarp evolved to Gyarados, caught a Diglett, but I've decided to have another try to catch another Abra to trade for a Mr. Mime.

 

whose idea was it to give Spiritomb the move Memento in its ORAS encounter?

Also the fricking legendaries in the Mirage Spots are seriously fickle for getting captured.

Right now I'm trying to get Ho-Oh right now, had gotten him first try with a luxury ball, but because Spiritomb fainted I had to reload but it took me before my fight with Ho-Oh. Did some catch up, caught Spiritomb, now I just can't seem to get Ho-Oh, fricking annoying as hell.

 

yeah the mirage point pokemon legedaries are touch as nails when it coms to getting them into a pokeball. the bull musketeer 1 was terrible. i had to keep resetting, and i think i just plainly gave up on it.....

 

Apparently Cresselia is the easiest to catch? No she is the hardest!!! She is so hard to to find/get her to appear. Then she never stays in her Pokeball!!! I was so lucky that I caught her in my last Ultra Ball.

I just need Uxie, Azelf, the Beast Trio, Cobalion and Regigigas. But becuase I had messed with the 3ds clock to fix my time, that fucks up the in game time, so now I have to wait for about 24 hours so it fixes itself.

Sadly can't get Thundorus, Dialga, Zekrom, Lugia without getting them from Sapphire. Which makes it so I can't get Kyrurem and Giratina...sigh.


Currently in Victory Road leveling up....feel like they've really should be at a higher level for wild pokemon.

 

You don't have to necessarily catch them here. If you have those Pokémon in previous games just use Pokémon Bank to transfer them to Omega Ruby and you'll be able to go after the Legendaries you want.

 

I got Y two years ago, but I'm only now playing it. I've been loving every minute of it, as a person who has barely played Pokemon (I played Black 2 for a little while, but quit about a week or two after getting it). So far, my Team consists of a Braixen (Named Balefire), a Yellow Flabebe (Named Flowey), a Budew, and a Squirtle (Named Snap Trap). I'm planning on adding a Lucario and an Axew to my team eventually. Is that a good team, or is there a crucial member (Tank, Damage Dealer, etc)/Type that I am missing?

 

You need something to combat the water type. Some characters later in the game have a Gyarados. They are weak to Rock and Electric, off the top of my head. Make sure there's Ice and/or Fairy moves to combat Dragon types.

 

Now The Champion and on my way to Meteor Falls in The Delta Episode. Love the doomsday plot, since X they've been really adding more gravitas to the feeling of the plots.
