Generation 1 finally on Virtual Console.   Hopefully these games sell well enough for Gold, Silver, and Crystal to appear.

 

Probably. I just wonder if they are going to keep in the glitches or eliminate them. First thing I'm going to try and do is the mew glitch. Nintendo eliminated the minus world glitch from the Vic release of super Mario bros. so who knows what will happen.

The first games are broken beyond belief. Sure there's nostalgia but there's not much reason for this port to begin with. As RPGs, these games aren't meaty by themselves.

Huh, pretty neat. Still got my Yellow and Blue, and play them on via Stadium with it's double and triple speed options, so don't really need them. I'd be all over a rerelease of GSC though.

 

I think that I've mentioned this before but recently I've just completed a run through of Pokemon Black. Well, almost completed as I still need to catch Kyurem, face off against Cynthia, and go against the Elite Four again. But yeah, I decided that since I've pretty much completed Black version I decided to get White 2 next. It unfortunately means I will have to deal with having two Reshirams rather than getting a Zekrom but I can live that. Anyway, the game just arrived in the mail today. The guy whom I got it from off of eBay stated in his description that he hadn't played it in a while (2013 in fact). So, before creating my own save file, I decided to peak into his and maybe if he has anything good I would keep them for myself. Well, once I got into his file and looked into his PC I saw that he had...

That's exactly what's going to sell these. Most youngsters who purchase them will likely be pretty disappointed. I know I'm getting Yellow since my hard copy stopped keeping saves years ago.

Second selling point is fat Pikachu.
