I want to upload and add music without wiping it out. Can this be done? I remember reading that IPODS can only be used on 3 devices or something. Is this true? How can this be done? Just wondering before I mess something up. Thanks for any help |

it basically involves connecting your ipod without syncing it, copying the folder that has all the music off your ipod onto your harddrive, then importing that folder into itunes. it should preserve all the song and artist names that way, and it automatically sorts all the mp3s into folders by album.
sort of a weird workaround, but it works. just make sure you don't sync the ipod when you connect it or you'll lose everything. |

This.
I have done it a few times and it works perfectly. Quote: Chaos was the law of nature; order was the dream of man.
