Hooooooly shit. I didn't think they would do a sequel.

BG&E is a great, and I mean great adventure game.

Gah, I love Ubi soft!

Yeah I had pretty much figured we'd never see a sequel to that. People were buying the next "Me Too" FPS when Beyond came out, so it didn't do so hot.

I once farted on the set of Blue Lagoon.

Things developers say that give pause:

"We saw with Beyond Good & Evil that so many customers were extremely happy with the game. We had a different audience at that time. We had more core gamers than casual gamers than we have today.

We think the game was probably a little too difficult for the general gamers at that time. We’re going to make it more accessible and make sure that it’s really done for the new generation that’s come into videogames."

Personally I didn't find BG&E to be too difficult, but maybe that's just me (it's not just me). Perhaps they'll just have different difficulty settings, that's a good compromise.

Halo is a casual game, GTA IV is a casual game, don't get your panties in a bunch over some stupid PR shit man. It'll be good.

They thought BG&E was ... too... hard?

It was kinda stupidly easy, really. Maybe they're talking about taking out the "instant kill if you're spotted" stealth parts.
