Not intending to update the software again. As long as this works, that is seems to be working OK for the time being.

Updates 1.1 to current have been causing problems all across the board, I have the 80gig 6th gen ipod, I have the static discharge which is said to be AC current (Low level) going through the headphones (May damage the head phones at some point) Apple knows about the issues but has done nothing to address the problem beside release more problematic updates...
