has anyone tested or know for a fact about the region-freeness of the american ps3? because ive heard several things saying that will play all japanese ps1, ps2, ps3 and blu-rays, while ive also heard that it will only play japanese blu-rays not the games. does anyone know for sure? |

Does not play: PS1 or PS2 games from regions not of it's like (ie Japanese wont play in American) nor will it do the same with Blue Ray.
So, for clarification, only PS3 games are region free. Hope that helps. |
