World of War-Crack: The CCG

The highly anticipated (and sold out) WoW: Collectable Card Game has been released to the masses... and make me BROKE!

Just got done learning how to play and damn its a great system. You choose a character, class and abilities are pre-built but there are 16 total characters to shoose from; that repesents you and your life-total plus a 1-time use power. Build a deck around your powers and conqure your enemies.

There are also special limited LOOT cards that you can get that unlock items in WoW (a talbard, a pet, and a mount that is useable for all classes and levels). I currently have 2 of the loot cards (both are Talbards but I already got people asking to trade for one). Kewl thing is that the Loot cards are totally playable in the CCG.

*goes off to make a Horde Shaman deck*

FOR DA HORDE!

there was like 10 boxes sitting on the counter of my local comic book shop.

Since Yu-Gi-Oh, Marvel, Capcom, and some others have it on consoles/handheld...it would be nice if there's a WoW CCG DS game

I had plans to buy two displays and sell the loot cards on eBay.

However everywhere around here has sold out already, within hours of release. Damn.

Got my starter deck today. I ended up with an Orc Warlock deck (would have rather had one with some resemblance to my Tauren Warrior/Hunter, but whatever). No loot cards, but these weird points cards that I can't use since they don't have the site working.

The guy at the counter said what he has for sale is all he's gonna have for a while, since his supplier is completely sold out.

Heheheeh...

Just got my first epic-rarity card: Destiny (it gets a Bigger attack value after each sucessful hit). Good for Paladins but my Warrior deck is gonna use it.

I got lucky and got the Turtle Mount loot card. I went ahead and sent in the code and got my new ride. But if I would have know what that card as bringing on eBay it would have been sold
