I know it's just a Dynasty/Samurai Warriors game, but with Berserk characters... but I'm such a Berserk whore, that I wants it. I wants it bad.

Sorry, I'm a pretty casual gamer these days, so I didn't know if it was cool to like Dynasty/Samurai Warriors now. I seem to remember the series getting dumped on, but that was a while ago.

Yeah, I'm excited. I was bummed the PS2 Berserk game never got an international release, so I'm hopeful this makes it's way to the States.

 

It does have a partial translation patch though.  

 

I'd love to see the game get dubbed with the NYAV Post voice cast the anime dubs have had.

 

Looks better than the upcoming anime.

I buy basically all of Koei's Warrior spin-offs and feel no shame in saying they're all the same. The slower, heavier pace looks good from the brief gameplay shown. If it's like the first Fist of the North Star game then it'll be one of the better ones.

 

Nah, it's still popular to dump on it. I just enjoy the series, plus I'm a huge Rot3K nut.

Awesome. Man, looking at that trailer again, I cannot help but think that, while I know Dark Souls is inspired by Berserk, I would love a Souls-type game OF Berserk.

 

From some of the interviews that have been floating around at least it won't be hit with a Cero - Z rating for its September spawning.

 

What makes you say that? It covers the Golden Age arc...
