Shara's literally Tharja. I like Tharja, but... :/ Zero's child is disappointing though, yeah. It would be nice if his kid would show up as an adoption or something should he marry the male protag, but I doubt it'll happen.
Dammit! I was all set on getting this game for my Japanese 3DS for my birthday next week but then, my car breaks down last Friday with a leaking fuel tank and cracked radiator and repair cost exceeded $1000! AAAARRRRGGGGHHH!!!!!!!
I take back any negativity I had towards this game. IS has really stepped up their game here, alot of the support dialogue here is just... Fair enough. But I still hope we get a game someday that uses a second generation the way Genealogy did.
I'm heavily put off by these pallet swaps from Awakening, was bad enough when it was just the worst character from Awakening, but now it's what 6?
You know Tharja getting it on with another girl is one of your fantasies, admit it. In what way is Zero's child disappointing? Another problem, it's limited to a version. What if I was a lesbian and was still a sucker for big boobs? I'd obviously have the hots for the girl in MarChaos's signature but no, I'm limited not only to a single character who could die at any moment but version too. Again, I'm glad it's there though. The thread got it's name changed and the games are officially out in Japan and ONLINE MULTIPLAYER!? Off topic, Nippon-Yasan got its shipments of Chara Form Chroms in and $30 American is really cheap for a figure like that.
I was more iffy about them reusing a character and design, though I'm over that now that I hear it's apparently plot relevant. Spoiler And yes. Now that I look at the post, I can't remember why I thought Zero's child was disappointing, but I'm pretty sure it was because marrying him as a Male protag wouldn't result in a child. Now I know that you get the child regardless through adoption, so I don't have any problems with it anymore. Anyway, the reason I'm posting in the thread in the first place is because according to people who've seen all the leaks, the story and maps are all REALLY GOOD. Apparently there's a lot of decision making, and that all of it is really important (I mean, the devs already told us that, but it's nice to hear from other people). There are also apparently several twists throughout the story. I've seen more than a few people saying that it's one of the better Fire Emblem plots, I don't know if it's true or not, but it does bode well. I'm still iffy about all that face and boob touching stuff, and people might/probably just be overreacting at first glance, but I'm beginning to get pretty hyped for the game at this point.
You probably already learned by now, but that's because Spoiler the supposed pallet swaps are indeed the same characters from Awakening.
Which I'm cautiously optimistic about. Maybe I'm just jaded in general these days but I find my interest slipping the more I find out about this game. And I really hate that.
That's fine. I wasn't too keen myself when I first heard details about this game (still not--to a degree); now that it's out, and first impressions are given, I think it'll be an decent entry.

Undressing human beings and "petting" them kinda disturbs me in this sense. Especially when some of the "cuddling" is between siblings.
