Perish the thought!!! From the screens that I've seen of this game... It looks good. Also the fact that it does not come out for a while yet, leads me to believe that they are actually putting some effort into development.

Is there a chance that there could be a good movie game?

I heard it got delayed because initially it was crap. We'll see how it turns out but I'm not holding my breath.

It's possible that it could be good, but I'd be skeptical untill I play it. How often has a Superman game been any good? How often is a movie game generally good? Think about that for a moment and then consider the odds that a game could be both a good Superman game and a good movie game at the same time. I'm not liking the chances.

I saw the words "Superman" and "game" in the same sentence, and this instantly poped into my head.

Then I saw the word "movie" and my opinion droped even lower.

Spider-Man 2 was very well received...and, uhm..the Super Star Wars games on SNES were AWESOME.

Not to mention Golden Eye was awesome for the N64. Mind you it came out two years after the movie had come out but it still counts.

QFT.

Also the Alien 3 games were good. Hell of a lot better than the movie.

Sorry to seem like a pessimist, but EA really isn't instilling me with any faith. The graphics look average, the gameplay looks like a direct plagiarism of Spiderman 2, and, well...this is EA. Electronic Arts. The people who said that if they had the Halo license, they'd make 3 of those games a year.

...ever played Batman Begins? (the game)

I remember how horrible that Superman game is for N64. Man what a steamy turd that was.
I saw a Boxing commercial and it said "It's a fight to the finish" Thats a good place to end.
