I meant good game, not excellent. My biggest problem is that a lot of the game seemed to be more on trial and error than anything else. It was a good game, but being one of the games I bought the Wii U specifically for, and compared to Returns, it was a let down.

    Too many to count.
To name a couple that upset me:
    Civ: BE
    Watch_dogs
    Borderlands: TPS

I don't feel disappointed by anything I played this year. Maybe Dark Souls II and South Park didn't live to expectations but I don't consider them disappointments.

I actually thought the trial and error was down compared to returns in this game.

Stick of Truth stands out most to me. It's great and I love it but there's little incentive to play again after you beat it.

    In no particular order;

    Halo.
    Titanfall.
    Watch_Dogs.
    Destiny.
    Not sure what else.

Only one for me: GTA V. I can't stand the controls on that game. I will try playing it again sometime, but the lack of the classic GTA controls stunk.

The real disappointing thing is that they regularly give you all this overpowered gear with ways to upgrade it but do nothing with the difficulty. There's a great game engine in there, but they didn't give us any real difficulty options or reasons to replay the game once you're finished. The story is frickin' hysterical though, like a full season of the show.

Ive been playing WiiU this Year so avoided pretty much all of the the major letdowns of 2014. but still if i had to pick, Destiny, when i found out what it was reading previews and how limited it was than it let on, my hype for the game dwindled to where I was happy enough to skip a PS4 or XBone for next year or so.

I can not agree with you at all on this. Driving is so much better and easier using the triggers. Not to mention the duck and cover system is vastly superior to the "stand there, shoot, and hope the enemies die first" aspect of the past games.

BTW, did you never play IV? The control scheme is the same. Oh yeah, and did you ever try changing the control scheme in the settings to what you wanted them as?

Watchmojo will be delivering "The Most Disappointed" in 2015. This is just "The Worst" list. Just don't bother with IGN's list; the guys doing it don't know what the heck they are doing half the time (the worst being, they actually don't know that there are Floodlights in a stadium). Anyway...

Hatred, if only because we might had have a actually good Painkiller expansion pack if the pieces of shit didn't want to make a artsy-fartsy boring third person killfest.

From what I'm reading, The Crew looks to be pretty bad, which kinda disappoints me. I really thought that game could be amazing. Though, it probably could be with some tweaks, I hope.

ROTDS was the shittiest game this year. I wasted $60 on that garbage. The story line was confusing, graphics were awful, lack of replay value, and a lack of multiplayer, which equals a waste of money.

I've played Destiny and it's fun but I absolutely hate the respawn restricted parts. It wouldn't bother me that much if it only happened a few times but on EVERY mission?! Seriously? They just want me to rage quit..

wasnt made by High Moon, last i check they'd been assimilated into the COD DLC pipeline before ROTDS went into development.

Really wish there was a GOTY thread at this point.

    Most Disappointing:
    - Watch Dogs
    - Titanfall
    - Yoshi's New Island

    Actually the fucking worst:
    - Yoshi's New Island
    - Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark
    - Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric

Good Ideas ruined by Shoddy Developers/Publishers:
    - The Crew
    - Drive Club

I don't agree with Watchmojo's Criticism of Escape Dead Island. It's as if they only played the first chapter and halfway into the second.
I do agree with their criticism of the Rambo Game.
What idiot thought it would be a good idea to port an On-Rails Shooter arcade title to PC?
