Something just occured to me- at the beinning of the trailer we see shots of the origional building (FNaF2) and the rebuilt animatronics (FNaF 1)

I don't think that it's part of the game's location

Uh, no? The second one changed up enough things to be a new experience, and it looks like the third one is going to do that as well.

Plus these are more like episodes and individual games, in a way of thinking.

EDIT: Also most of the posters have the animatronics giving the awesome face.

 

I would be quite disappointed if the original three didn't show up in this game. I am quite curious as to what the premise of this story is.

I am super disappointed. WHATCANWEUSE is now just 'hey look at these parts in the box'

 

So I'm thinking the 'he' that comes back is either the spirit of Phone Guy or the Purple Man. 'We have a place for him'- his spirit is stuck in the Golden Bonnie (?) animatronic, which is why it's spazzing around.

What's to say there won't be other things after you? Scott didn't tease Marionette until right before the game's release, and Balloon Boy was only hinted at by a brief appearance in the trailer.

 

I don't see how a bunch of empty heads can do anything.

 

You never know- in the second game a paper plate doll can somehow make its way from one of the party rooms into the office... the same paper plate doll that somehow managed to outlive robot parts without significant damage. While I don't think that you'll experience death by papercuts in the game, there might be more going on with the parts than the trailer suggests...

 

I just can't see Gold Guy being the only animatronic.

I mean, you up against one guy is going to get so boring.

 

This is only a theory but perhaps as the game progresses each night you see the box in the office (with the animatronic pieces) become more empty which means "Golden Bonnie/Freddy" could be taking the parts and is rebuilding the animatronics. On the later nights you get messages from whoever asking where this new animatronic came from because it obviously wasn't purchased or built by the staff. How this could affect gameplay is for example in the case of Foxy he's in a closer room (04) and can be stopped using whatever defense you have where "Golden Bonnie/Freddie" is only delayed, never stopped. His strategy could be similar to the Marionette's only without the music box.

 

Not if you think about it differently. I have a feeling that if there is just one animatronic in this game (which I doubt. The teaser having to do with the spare parts makes me think more will pop up each night.), chances are it'll be programmed differently than the animatronics in the last game.

Remember, because there were groups of them, each one had specific actions and habits. With only one, it can have a wide variety of functions. Night 1 it could act one way, night two it could act completely differently, so on and so on, keeping the player on their toes constantly without a chance to get comfortable.

Dear God. A Golden version of the animatronic I fear the most much like Scott.

 

I'm just gonna keep calling this guy Golden FredBon until he gets an official name.

 

He doesn't even look gold in half of the screenshots, he also has different teeth than in the first teaser.

 

The new Bonnie looks very freaky all right. I love the set up for the story too. Having it take place at a horror attraction is something that hasn't been done much in games and it makes sense that it revolves around Freddy Fazebear's pizza.

 

Stupid Wild Guess- Gold Bonn is the Purple Man. Not like "the Purple Man is hiding in the suit" but more "the Purple Man is long dead and his soul is controlling the animatronic a la his own victims."

Don't know how that'll work, but that's the impression the trailer gave me.

 

I think my favorite thing out of all of this is the entire angle of them turning it into a horror attraction, it's a super creative idea, rather than just "We're opening the Pizza place again".

Someone brought up the possibility of the main animatronic rebuilding the old ones as the nights on, but I really hope the thing isn't just rebuilding them 100%. a much cooler idea would be for it to rebuild them in mish-mash combinations, like part-Freddy, part-Foxy, and so on and so forth... It would be even cooler if these animatronic combinations were randomized, but I don't know if the engine is capable of doing that...

 

Holy shit Golden Bonnie is terrifying...

 

One thing I noticed, the animatronic's attack noise is a lot more like a hiss than a scream like the ones in all the previous games...

Looking at Golden Bonnie, it looks worlds different from any of the previous Bonnies. His head is round whereas the previous Bonnies had ovular heads not to mention his eyes and teeth don't resemble those of previous Bonnies and he's got more holes in 'im than Foxy did in the first game and quite a bit of exposed arm framework to go with it.
