It's uncomfortable to hold one handed. I mean I have pretty big hands and it just felt wrong. There's also going to be a lot of wasted screen space, and you're gonna need clown pants for it to have a chance of being carried in a pocket. I was fully sold on it until today, but it's just impractical.
Why do you care what other people do with their money? A lot of people like to have the latest and greatest, shiny new thing, whether it be a phone or car or whatever; if someone is annoyed by what or how someone spends their own cash, then I really don't' know what to tell you. Haloid: That shouldn't be too big of an issue for me personally, as I've owned a 6 inch device before, and never had a problem holding it or putting it in my normal-sized pants . Hell, I usually wear slim straight, and I was still fairly comfortable with such a large phone being present in my pocket; besides the fact that I'll be using the 6+ with two hands 90% of the time anyway.
I'll point out that the curved edges on both models make it harder for me to hold them, compared to the 5. I've got a case on order that will eliminate that issue, but still. Honest question: why have an iPhone (or comparable phone) at all then?
It would just be nice to think some people had sense. I mean do they have ability to decide whether they need it or just want it because they've got an ego to satisfy and want to keep up to date with the swagfags out there.
Exactly. It's basically nobodies fucking business why anyone wants/buys a new phone. We (most) people don't live in a world anymore where you use a thing until it disintegrates, and then get a new one. It is common practice to trade in an item while it still holds value, in order to offset the price of a newer item. This is coming from a guy that still has a 4s (Work will only pay into a phone upgrade every two years). Also, if I had a friend that punched me for upgrading my phone to a new one, that friend would have a friend that kicked a PS4 controller up his ass.
I need more than a couple to make up for a cast of a movie or TV show that I watched as a child. I buy them because they do not all do the same thing, some have third modes, some combine and some have unique gimmicks. So that by the time I come to a late age I can go into the attic and look back at them, look at how they used to work, look at what I enjoyed about being a child. They're collectibles that I will never, throw, forget or mistreat. They are something that will never be unappreciated once the announcement of the latest and greatest is released. They will never EVER be traded in or sold because I buy what I want to keep for life. Phones on the other hand, last me until they stop working. Which for me, is generally quite long because I only use them for calls, texts and when I'm at home connected to the wi-fi and there isn't a PC available. Well in fact, I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 for that. I never use the internet anywhere else.
There are people who use their phones differently, and therefore will have a different approach to their purchasing habits than you.
Well, one benefit to the upgrading cycle is that my old phones get redistributed among my family: my folks can't afford the sort of contract costs on their pensions and my brother only just started working after finishing his schooling. So I get a nice shiny new phone, and my family members get working, well kept devices that are reasonably up to date.
Even if it was just a friendly, light punch rather than an intentional aggressive hard one? Yes, I do have a PS4, but it was a Christmas present that I had no idea I was getting and I didn't even ask for. And I'm sorry, but it's also a little unfortunate considering I don't have a Donkey for you to put a PS4 controller inside. I'm sorry if I'm being an arse in here, but I can't find any decent way to explain my view. Enjoy your phone.
You are fucking joking! I just heard you can speed charge an iPhone 6 in the microwave! *runs to buy an iPhone 6*
I had a friend on Facebook who thought it was real. Then there was 50 comments telling him that it is fake and that he was stupid.
