Anyone else having Neckbreaker loose elbow (in Hercules form) issues? There are 2 pivots (both loose) in the elbow part and I tried adding a rubberband to the grey piece just like the Madblenders knee fix and it's still loose, kinda worse in that I feel every click it wearing out the grooves..

You jest need to force the parts. A very think strip of blue plastic was "shaved" off by the green cab part where they contacted with each other. I had to also force the waist section to turn 90 degree. Didn't break anything.

From what I hear it's happened, but only because there wasn't enough lubrication.
I am happy to say that my cut spring pieces while not providing the stability they would have had prior to being cut do not make my herc too floppy. He holds poses well. It's the side to side that doesn't hold well on my herc (an entirely different issue).

So no major issues for Neck Breaker, Mad Blender or Dr. Crank?...

I've ordered the set and should have them in a week...Exgraver should have the new shovel and be good to go...Heavylabor I'll check the hip gears for grease and add if needed...Structor I'm going to add grease to his shoulder gears to take some of the pressure off of the posts in the flat black plates so they hopefully won't get loose...

Anything else I need to know?...

Would greasing the gears from the start prevent the shoulders from getting loose?...the grease would allow the teeth to slip easier thus taking a little pressure off of the post within the black plate...

not entirely sure on this one as i only got mine on monday, i havent transformed more than 3 times (granted not sure how many times it was done before i got him it was used) but the first TF seemed tough but not breakingly so. i dont think this is a ratcheting problem but more a problem of the plate coming loose from its attatchment point, perhaps a bad pin assembly. not sure as i have not taken him appart yet since this is only day 2 of them in my hands

I have an issue with MadBlender. His connector to Heavy Labor is extremely loose and will need to be replaced along with the tab that clicks the connector. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with TFC toys. I've tried their site and can't read Chinese.

Just the Mad Blender or Mixmaster leg is loose as a result of the bad ratchety connector piece. I must have just gotten a bad one. Does anyone here know who I can contact, or what's TFC Toys Email for these type of problems. I just assembled Herc for the first Time today.

So I just picked up Heavy Labor, and replaced his hip with the provided replacement. Upon taking him apart, a piece fell out of his chest, and I have no idea where it goes. He transforms just fine without it. Any idea where this thing goes?

there's a slot for that on inside either the stomach or back. It goes against the cog which makes the ratchet.

Without having mine infront of me to take apart, I can't show you exactly where it goes, but on one of the pannels there's a space specifically sized to fit that part (it won't fit anywhere else) and you put the little nub thing facing the other half of HL's body.

Hi everyone! I received my revised version of Hercules and I've got two complaints. Here's the first (which is more of a nit pick) with heavy labor his hips are perfect I did take him apart and put more grease. The thing is though he has no green plugs and I contacted the seller from eBay and he's says the revised don't have them :(  is it true though? The second thing is exgravers hip ratchet does not click. So I took it apart and one out of the two bumps is smaller then the rest. Is there anything I can do to fix it I was thinking superglue but then again it could deteriorate over time. So idk what to do :(  Here's the picture of exgravers hip. I'd probably just find a wide rubber band and slice out a small piece of that rather then dick around with slicing a thin piece of eraser...but whatevs.

So I got this issue very late in the game. I opened Structor up and don't see any apparent damage on any part but I also suspect the same thing Axelay and Megatron31.

    Does anyone have a fix?

Just to give an idea, mine actually clicks at times more so when turning the arm plate backwards but completely misses the clicks going forwards. It's quite annoying. This also might get worse in time.

I tried fixing my structor's left arm panel but it just won't click anymore even with more glue and lube.

I wish I lubed that area before it happened. I guess I missed a spot. I hope this will be the last one we'll see well. Don't forget to lube that area peeps or any area that has the famous TFC ratchets. :)

I lubed the right one and put glue just as a preventative measure. I glued it on three spots where one was very precise.

    - the small side of the pin
    - the big side of the pin
    - the part where the neck of the gray ratchet touches the black panel.

Then gave more lube before completely closing it up.

I bet if take that gray piece completely apart from the pin, the latter doesn't have a teeth to actually hold the gray ratchet.
