(It's important to note that not every Evasion Mode Optimus Prime figure experiences the misalignment. Before you proceed, check to see if this is a problem on your copy. It's very possible that artimus prime and others who have reported having this problem simply have a figure with tabs not molded correctly from the factory. ~Superquad7)

This is just a quick modification to fix the only problem I have with Evasion Mode Optimus Prime. The reason that his windows won't line up in alt mode is because the lower grill can't rotate flush with the rest of the truck. Here's what I did:

Took a sharp blade and cut the tabs that stop the lower grill from rotating flush with the truck:
