Fixing Transformers: Prime Weaponizer Bumblebee

Superquad7 prompted this, [due to] time and complexity constraints, most of my fixes typically aren't too involved and are intended for beginners/intermediate modders. Because of the intended audience, I will repeatedly cover simple topics, like Pledge with Future floor polish, to ensure people are aware of them.

Most of Transformers Prime Weaponizer Bumblebee's problems are easy fixes. A couple parts get shaved down and a couple parts get tightened and a couple parts get painted:
