    I've made a nice [Microsoft] Excel [spread]sheet to calculate my box size. I can also see where to put the ruler lines in Photoshop. Here's a pic. It's easy to make, and you won't miscalculate. The one in the pic is for my custom [G1] US/Japanese Raiden giftset box. You can see the ruler lines in the second pic.
    I also put all the intl paper sizes in it, so I can see what size it has to be print on.
