SWTF Boba Fett is cool, but the way his arms fall off in a slight breeze isn't. Here's a fix anyone can do that should help this problem a bit.
Get a Q-tip, one of the real ones with a cardboard stem, not one of those cheap plastic ones. Cut the cotton ends off, and wrap a couple layers of scotch tape around the stem of the Q-tip, making it slightly thicker.
Shake Boba Fett briskly so his arms fall off. Take your thickened Q-tip, and put it into the hole on the arm to body connector on the arm. Cut it off flush with the connector end. Repeat for the other arm.
Using a bit of force, but being careful not to bend anything, replace the arms, making sure the connector passes through both tracks, and all the way into the cockpit.
There you have it! His arms will take much more movement without falling off.
