Unique Toys Ordin is pretty neat, but it's not without faults. This thread addresses issues others have reported having and fixes for them:

Also, apparently there is a bag of parts that is included with one of the figures.

This Tutorial is currently under construction. Below, you'll fine other member's contributions. More will be added as they are found. If you have any additional thoughts/suggestions for Ordin fixes, please message me. Third party figures are typically housed in our Third Party Forum in "mega threads." These are great for discussion, but lots can get easily burried. These tutorials are housed here so that someone doesn't have to dig and dig through a multi-page megathread just to find a fix. Thanks for your help, gang!

I didn't get any extra parts and have had no problems with my Ordin. Although I did do the mod on the combiner knee connection before playing it him (I cut out one loop of the spring).

    LOVE my Ordin!

...so one of the things I did that wasn't listed (I think) is that I completely removed the teeeeeeney little spring that adds tension to end of the black combiner connector. With it in, it makes separating the legs from the other figures very, very, very difficult.

Without the spring, you won't make anything too loose or anything; there is still a TON of friction to hold it in place. A TON.

EDIT: I see above someone cut a loop; I just removed it completely.

Thanks for mentioning that. I knew about people cutting a loop off the spring but hadn't heard you could remove the spring entirely and it'd still be fine.

Funny, I just got Ordin maybe a month or two ago. I didn't get any extra parts.

My Ordin's been assembled and posed, disassembled and posed as individual bots, and displayed in beast modes a couple times, depending on my mood. The only fix I found to be totally necessary was removing the springs from the combiner pegs in Siegfried's legs.

Don't recall a bag of fixes. There are 3 areas that need some attention, one is the hip ratchets, second is the spring in the combiner peg, and third is the sliding mechanism in the leg.

Another nice to have, but not that big of a deal fix I'd like to see is an improved shoulder joint for him. Mine can't hold his giant gun straight out without major droopage.

Does any of your figures have loose hips and knees?

My Hagen had both. I showed how I fixed the looseness in the UniqueToys O-05 Hagen (Cutthroat) Thread (last post).

Sorry it's late. I did the fixes on the weekend but was super busy and didn't get around to posting what I did.

So yes taking Hagen's crotch apart is nearly impossible as they are housed inside the combiner elbow joint and locked together via a knarled pin!

But it turns out you don't really have to pull the guy apart to tighten his hips and knees. By extending the combiner elbow down you have decent access to the hip joints. I just dripped a couple of drops of Future floor polish down the joint and moved the joint around to allow capillary action to do the work. Then I just left it over night to set and bam! Tight hips and tight knees! Look at the pics as I point out where to drip the Future.

Because Hagen and Alberich share similar transformations, this method will work exactly the same for Alberich (if he suffers from loose hips and/or loose knees). :thumb
