The best part of Single player is simply the banter between the characters. It's so great as it makes you laugh during some really dark parts of the story. Warpath's and Ironhide's back and forth between the two is brilliant. It really lets you get to know the characters, their personality and such. Breakdown's constant fear for death throughout the Decepticon levels really showed that everything was at stake.

The scenery was absolutely fantastic. It really did look like a huge robotic alien planet which goes on forever. Cities like Iacon just were really made perfect. It was just beautiful.

The fact you could choose the character you wanted to play with as well just made the mode even better. You weren't forced to play as Optimus Prime or Megatron but could play with others from the cast, it just gave it a sense of freedom.

There is one moment in every person's life where a boy becomes a man......A moment that will change the shape of time and space as we know it....a moment where your skills are tested to the extreme........there is one test.......and only one way......and that way......

IS WHEN YOU TAME THE MAJESTIC AND MIGHTY SPACE SLUG!!!!!

there will never be a level as epic as it, it will stand as the single greatest moment in the history of mankind!

never was there a feat so glorious...not even winning the lottery while joyriding in a space shuttle with samuel l jackson looking for babes on mars with a shovel is this awesome!

lol favorite part of the game of course is the riding of the spaceslugs, it is so insanely rediculous but so serious and awesome at the same time

it bring a whole to meaning to the glorious term "Autobots!!! roll out!!!"

The best part of the single player campaign is doing the little challenges of each level for trophies and exploration.
It adds a little bit extra to each level both as a challenge and making myself pay more attention to the levels and their design.

The best part of the single player campaign? The simply massive amounts of destruction.

Unplugging a giant turret off its pedestal, then wiping out EVERY enemy you can find with it in a massive genocide. Absolutely slaughtering everything in your path with a Scrapmaker. Meleeing a load of enemies with Whirlwind, jumping down huge pits and surviving, and being able to do all this without hearing little voices in your headset complaining about losing.

The best part of the single player campaign was the cut scene of Primus giving the Matrix of Leadership to the leader of the "Free Autobots" and the explanation of why Cybertron was a cold, barren and life less planet.

my favorite thing about the single player campaign is the characters because they hav a g1 feel but have their own style. i also like the dialouge between the characters.the bickering between megatron and starscream. and soundwaves voice just sounds awesome.i also like the story because it gives you background information about what happened before the g1 cartoon.

my favorite thing with the single campaignfeeling like I am actually there, I have two comrades on either side of me at all times, they fight off the badies, actually do some damage, its fun to see them in transform and converse with each other. Thats what I like most!!

best thing about campain mode is story mode to see how some characters became who they are starscream was an autobot now decepticon, being able to fight inside tryipticon and destroy transformation cog flying above and inside of cybertron to see the origin of the matrix of leadership was the best part in the autobot campain.

unlocking trophies makes it fun option to have co op players in campain mode online or offline is always fun

I'm pretty much tied between Trypticon's freefall to Cybertron at the end of Chapter 9 and all the character interactions during the single player missions. I just love these types of non-standard combat situations with major bosses. Though it's a bit too short, there's a ton of energy to the fight that heightens the sense of urgency and really ups the stakes for the big, final confrontation.

As for the characters, there's some great banter between the seekers, Megatron's crew (Breakdown's nervousness and Barricade's sarcasm especially come to mind) and Ironhide and Warpath's back-and-forth "old man vs. young-upstart" bickering. This kind of interaction really helped flesh out the characters without bogging down the story and gave me a great nostalgic feeling for some of the more memorable character parts of the original cartoon.

Best part of the single-player is the Autobot flyers level (second last). I knew Trypticon was in the game, but wow I got a surprise! The developers did a fantastic job on capturing the scale of a Transformer that would later turn into a Decepticon base.

The best part I think is when you realize that you are actually *inside* trypticon. That's when you realize this guy is huge! I also loved the part where he's transforming as we're getting out through his mouth.

The second best thing I thought was, like others mentioned, the cutscene where Prime receives the matrix and is told that Cybertron must shut down. It's not your standard G1 Prime origin story, but I like it a lot.

Melee enemy to bits. How often do robots get a decent melee attack in games? That's why.

Honestly i thought riding the slugs with the turrets on their backs was simple the coolest and funnest thing i have ever experienced in a video game. Just how they show up and you ride them right through the enemy shooting all that stands in the way including the evil slug type creature that randomly showed up. It's the kind of thing you can only imagine but never experience until now, most games usually include the same game play over and over when its a shooter but with this it brought it to a new level. You weren't riding in a tank or driving around in vehicle mode...YOU WERE RIDING GIANT ROBOT SLUGS WITH MACHINE GUNS ON THE BACK!!..seriously just try to explain that part to a friend who has yet to play the game. I'm sure they will look at you as if you had 3 eyes and two noses..

Favorite part of single player campaign is definitely the banter between megatron and breakdown. his paranoid character really comes though. and also everything warpath says, keeping his bam pow in without it being as intrusive as G1 was great

The best part of the single player mode is the mere fact of playing as some of our favorite characters, exposing the stories of their lives before they came to earth. It was a crazy and fulfilling experience that I can't wait to continue through sequels and hopefully a prequel or two.(HINT HINT Highmoon!!)

my fvorite part would be in the Kaon Prison level, searching for the three hidden lazerbeaks. and also the final boss fight on the decepticon side against Omega Supreme. that fight was sooo epic. the characters and the environments were so incredible, it actually felt like the whole planet was alive around you and the characters interacting with one another was very comical at times. this is the template on which all future Transformers games should be based.
