Excellent review. Very disirable figure, love that he scales out with the HA crew. Can't find a reasonable fault with him at all. I shall buy two copies.

i'd say the most "reasonable" fault...MIGHT be the paint job on him. Something Takara should easily fix.

First off, great review as usual Paul.

Second, I want this guy so badly. Probably my most anticipated Movieverse toy to date. He just looks amazing. Only thing I wish Hasbro would have done is given him two knives instead of the one. That's minor though.

So, I still pray this is available on May 16th. I can dream, can't I?

the alt mode sure has some kibble.
robot mode works well with HA figures..not so much with leaders,though
Chest gun is badass
arms' guns..while the gimmick is fun and cool,I think they are a little too small.
Love that knife
but damn..it really sucks about the faceplate.that is such a cool gimmick

 

pretty interesting.. kinda BIG for me to tell you the truth tho.. he was never near optimus's height in the movie.. and definitely not as big as starscream or megatron.. but thats just me nitpicking..

i actually prefer the new DOTM voyager model instead.

but this wont stop me from getting both sizes.. one to keep and one to customize =P

 

Obviously the cat hasn't watched ROTF. Everyone knows what Bumblebee does to cats lol. That's mean.

Looks like they put a little more thought into it than i expected.

But unless it was a turd of a toy, i was always going buy it. Big fan of Ironhide's CG model.

Even if the 'character' is annoying.

 

Wow, I'm going to pick this guy up. I still haven't picked up an Optimus from this line, though.

 

desperately want this guy, can't wait for him. though now we NEED a bigger Ratchet to fit in with the rest of the team. Dagger makes him epic, though pistol is kinda eh. Hopefully we'll finally get a decent red repaint of Ironhide!!!

bought, bought,bought.. wish it were a bit more complex but i understand why it isnt. no biggie. i would possibly crush a child if he had the last one in hand.
