I'm a little disappointed with his proportions.

Deffo agree that the mold is stronger as Wheeljack than it is as Tracks. That said, the feet don't bother me all that much, but a cheat to make the legs a smidge longer would be nice. Oh well. As it is, he's still awesome. Can't wait for mine to arrive in a few days from BBTS. :D

BTW, how do the wrenches look when plugged into his back?

I don't have Jazz with me so I can't call it for certain, but I *think* it's the same stuff. It DOES appear to be a whiter shade though, if that's what you're wondering about.

I'm wondering the same thing, is it bright white like United Jazz and United Drift(assuming you have those)? I'm hoping it's bright white like the United figures so I don't need to get a United Wheeljack as I like the Hasbro color scheme better but the off white Hasbro usually uses bug me.

It's pretty white. I'll compare with Jazz when I get home. I don't have any of the United figures, unfortunately.

Hmmm Wheeljack's leg's can't stretch out anymore? In the official pictures it looks like they might come out a bit more, but maybe its just the angle?

It's actually not possible without modification. The tracks that allow the legs to slide up are at their very limit in the video. I even took the legs apart to check. It's actually pretty easy though to cut longer tracks and allow the legs to extend further.

Wheeljack looks great imo! I'm glad I preordered one. I do think the mold looks better as WJ rather than Tracks, but Tracks is pretty good too. He's got some pedonkydonk legs, but his colors are excellent.

    Thanks for the review.

IMO, Wheeljack is perfect as he is. Wheeljack in G1 was never tall, so I don't mind the height of this figure at all. Now Tracks, he needs some more height, but just a smidge. Still, I'm satisfied with Tracks as he is now.

Thanks for another great review peaugh. Does wheeljack have knee articulation? What I mean is I have posed tracks with his legs backwards, but his kneecaps hinder knee movement.

one of the few Tf's i'll buy this year, i like his rather short proportions, matches the g1 toy, also the feet are real car parts!

WJ's chunkiness is really noticeable when compared to Warpath, who I just became convinced to buy due to how lean and streamlined he is.

Gotta love the paint job on him, much better than what they gave Jazz.
