skalor does have that gap in his head. im fine with the diff colored pieces, love this thing regardless. nice job.

Oh yeah, it's a great piece, just covering some of the things that caught me off guard.

the small issue dont worry me, its nice to look forward to a set i can just mess around with, paying $250 for a vintage set would be managable (if still insane) but id be almost afraid to play with it!! I always loved teh look of the individual bots, my fave of the gestalts, just quirky and simple.

Great review! Can't wait to get this set. $60 is a steal for a G1 combiner, it can't hit my Loot fast enough

jeez, if I wasn't waiting for a few more things to be released so I can ship my entire POL together, I'd buy one of these guys right this second

I assume the reason Overbite's purple was toned down, despite still being a different plastic color, is because they decided to homogenize the team's colors. Snaptrap's head makes slightly less sense, as the black was paint and not molded (I think?), so I guess it just got budgetted out. Though it doesn't look bad.
