Ok, I was messing with my Bonecrusher figure while watching the review and noticed some striking similaritiesto Mixmaster. All of the new Constucticons have similar faces to Bonecrusher. Deluxe Bonecrusher has long, stretched out arms with long sharp claw-like fingers. Bonecrusher's wheels fold up on his back, he has a weapon between his shoulders and a hunched over shape to his body. Prehaps this is why the other Constructicons show up on our planet, to take revenge for Prime kicking the shit out of their teammate? Maybe Bonecrusher was also able to combine as part of Devastator?

Aww, no HD on this? No matter, still a top review.

I'm warming to the guy slowly, I must say; I still don't think his robot mode utilises his mixer mode aesthetic well enough, but the overall complexity and thought that's gone into his design is impressive. As for the third mode, it looks better than I thought it was going to when you were actually transforming it, but it still looks more trouble than it's worth; unless he actually uses that form in the film (which I doubt), I'll probably just transform it like that once to say that I've done it, then stick him back in bot mode.

Cool. I'll definitely be getting Mixmaster. I like how he compacts down to look like a smaller figure while in alt-mode, and the shorter height in bot-mode doesn't bother me. Gives him a more brute-ish look to him. The third mode isn't all that bad, imo. It does look like Mixmaster just collapsed onto himself, but it does look sort of cool. Not something I see myself displaying him in, but definitely something to transform him into once or twice for the fun of it. I also get the sense that he's a robo-vampire. Would be kinda interesting to see him suck another bot's "blood" in the movie (probably energon, or something similar). I can't wait to see the other CC's individual figures. Especially Long Haul's.

Another great review! Mixmaster is easily my favorite Constructicon and possibly my fav new Decepticon in ROTF. Third mode sucks, but the 'bot and vehicle modes are awesome!

That's what I was thinking! But you can definitely visualise Bonecrusher's transformation upsized to a voyager & what his transformation would have been reminiscent of...

But my thoughts of this figure = it just looks so over-engineered, there seems to be so much crammed into that cement mixer mold that frankly - well, at times - it's a bit of a mess. I wonder what he'll look like in the movie...
My humble collection of beets & the rest of the farm
