I notice the windshield can hinge inward... wonder if that's for any reason other than possble breakage prevention.

 

Well, it folds inward in robot mode. Not much, but it definitely sits more folded up on the chest that it does in car mode.

 

Neato. All Scouts are cool so far.

To bad they didnt name him after that one throttlebot Rollbar he fits perfect on acount of the size and alt mode. Super awesome review. I am probabaly gunna buy him and the forklift cause a forklift is just cool.

 

Ha just seen they already named one of the basics after rollbar. Oh well.

 

A simple, yet effective and - in both modes - cool looking little toy. Another Scout bought - these are much better then all the official in-the-movie toys put together, IMHO.

The teal colored arms/legs are horrid, though. But, I'll get him to repaint him as Classics Ruckus anyway, with the dune buggy alt mode and the 'pop-up' shoulder cannons, he's a dead-ringer for that G1 Triggercon: Ruckus

With Crankcase existing as a redeco of Cybertron Red Alert, I now only need a Classics Windsweeper... Hmm, maybe Energon Starscream would work with his pop-up weapons?

 

Very nice Scout. I can see myself buying it. I'd love a beachcomber repaint of him.

 

I really like this guy. He's not totally unique or anything like Scalpel is-but I think that's why I like him. He's just a typical Transformer.

Also, dune buggy mode and massive cannons.

 

So far, I'm thinking I need all the Scouts. Especially this guy. I have a use for him in my comic.... > 

 

Is it me or is the Rotf scout class better than the deluxe   This guy is so awesome.. He will soon join my landmine >:3

 

It's a cool little guy but I"ll pass.

 

If I were to decide to pick up just one ROTF this guy would definately be in the running, he's a very nice fig!

 

yeah something not right about that. It kinda gave a feeling that future transformers would follow what hasbro did to Marvel Universe figures, 3 3/4 inches. Scouts would become the main lines replacing deluxes and so on and so forth.

on a related note, this guy is sweet!

 

I really hope they do NOT do the whole scout class replacing the deluxe class thing. That would really suck @#$!!!! I like the deluxe class, always have. Now if Walmart could just drop the price back to 9.99, my life would be better. And yes, this one is sweet. Nice design.

i like this little guy. i haven't thought much about the scouts, but i DO like what i've seen.

since there are three leaders, two voyagers, and a butt-load of deluxes on my list... i'm finding it hard to find a place for these little buggers... but damn they really are nice small figures.

still want deluxe jolt... any word on him, or is he still just a FAB?

He reminds me a bit of Hound, only with smaller feet. A lot of the parts are in similar areas.

So because of that I'll own my very first Scout
