Here's a Chinese video review for Mindwipe! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMnCN_Y0zU8 Looks cool. Though there appears to be a misassembly issue where in order for the waist to be turned around the correct way, the molded-in ankle tilts would have to be backwards.
So I got my production sample in the mail and I compared it with the carded retail version. It's identical except for the small wings are swapped on the retail version. Chef was right, they are supposed to peg into the main wings in bat mode. Luckily since it's rubber, I was able to swap pull them off the pins and swap them. Also on the sample the feet are swapped (and correct). Samething, they just pop off, so easy to fix.
This guy barely talks about articulation which is a basic thing. I want to know if the figure has wrist swivels.
It doesn't have wrist swivels. He has hands (fold in and out for transformation), feet (forward and back, mostly for transformation), waist, hips, thighs, knees, elbow, biceps, shoulder, and head. Wings are also fold-able, but mostly for transformation purposes.
Surprisingly, this is the only one from this wave I am interested in. I think this one may be a fan favorite/hard to find.
Very weird but very interesting figure. I feel like his plastic is different from anyone in the wave so far, oddly. It feels good, just different. I love the leg transformation, new and unique!
Due to some weirdness with Hasbro and their distribution, the wave 2 Decepticon deluxes for Titans return didn't get packed or shipped for many parts of the world! But now they finally seem to be turning up in stores. Among them is Mindwipe/Vorath - the Decepticon that turns into a... bat? As hard as this one is to find, it it worth the effort to track it down? Watch this review, and see!
