I post this because it's the first one I've found, and it sort of touches on the lack of any combination w/ Sky Reign.

It clearly shows the bubble w/out the COMBINE sticker. And the reviewer doesn't mention any way of combining with Sky Reign. We also get glimpses of the back of the card that don't include any mention of Sky Reign...but I can't remember if the Legends cards for Groove/Blackjack mentioned their respective teams.

So, somebody's going to have to go to Botcon and pick Hasbro's brain about this one. I'm sure there's *something* that was either planned and scrapped or produced and just undocumented.

 

Its unfortunate if he's not able to combine, but he's still a cute little figure.

 

I'll get several of these guys as Junkion extras, but I'll just get the "Battle on Junk" set for my Generations Wreck-Gar.

Groove and Blackjack has the "Combine to Form" line.

 

I wonder how well he would match with Victorion's color scheme. Presumably he could form the chest shield like a Groove on a Defensor, since both combiners share the Hot Spot mold for the torso. Can't be any more garish than it already will be right? RIGHT?

 

I'm talking about back when Sky Reign was first revealed. They presented him as part of the team back on the Hasbro Botcon panel.

 

I thought Victorion already comes with a Groove remold. Rustdust, right?

Oh yeah I forgot about that - well I still wonder how Wreck-Gar might look too. =P
