Right here, I think the formats are right:https://www.mediafire.com/folder/cmes6kokoc3y83n,cm0hx023u41e4zk/shared
I've been meaning to export these models into Source aka Source Filmmaker in order to use them in videos. These models with no bones makes them impossible. I'm hoping that they can be rigged, attach the weapons, give them expressions, and all that jazz.

I use a program called Lightwave 3D, which lets me rig models myself. Not sure if source is compatible with the kind of rigs it produces though.

If there is a way that you can send them to me with the models and rigs intact that works with Max 2011, I can gladly export the models to Source on my own. Here was a little something I dug up. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Lightwave

The exporter to SMD with Max seems to work best than Lightwave's now outdated exporter.

@The Mad Demobot, thanks but the models you uploaded are just ripped from directX.

you dont need to do it through game rippers, way too complicated to rig and skin manually and you cant get the animations through rippers

i actually have the models fully rigged, skinned and textured(perfectly i might add)

i just a need an account to the game and cant make one anymore.

ill post some sample of fully rigged, skinned, textured, animated models from the game in a bit.

I'm not really good with programming and all, so I don't know how this works, but is it possible to somehow preserve this game (or part of it) by uploading it to another website or something? Again, I don't know how this works, but it would be really good.

If you guys manage to preserve it youll be my video game heroes. I still need screenshots of the characters and maps for the gallery.

So...just wanted to say any effort to save it is very much appreciated.

Im preserving the full game, thanks to forum member "Rikkmaery" who let me borrow his account login. Thanks for trusting me.

Ive got the levels loading offline with controllable Bots and everything.
If they release the new characters, i'll make those offine too.

But I need everyone who has the game installed to help with retreiving game files that I might be missing(older artwork, models, levels, etc...
So please dont uninstall the game even after it goes offline

If you want to help and have the game installed, please PM me, im gonna write a tutorial on how we can put together all our files.

    Thanks.

Another important part of his character is his incredibly short temper.

He also has a prominent "police enforcer" shtick.

That's gonna be tricky. I know only how to rip into Unreal Engine and not whatever this game runs on.

So, now that we have a working offline build of the game, I wonder if it would be possible to rework it with new multiplayer and keep the game going.

Does anyone know about any software I could use to download or save the character CGI models from the game so I can view them in 360° offline, like some of the sample game/eviornments from unity web player

If anyone has any links to software like this I would greatly appreciate it

Do you know what form are the CGI models are in? I do not know much about unity yet (the cache is under documents directory in windows) but ordered some books on it.

I'd love to help you, Groundwire, but I used an external program to rip the models while they were being rendered in-game.

But I'd guess maybe they are .obj or .3ds

You might run in to some copyright issues with Hasbro

I highly doubt Hasbro would pursue legal action against an attempt to keep the game going. It would cost them legal expensive with no real reward. Universe is shutting down, they won't get any revenue from it, so the fan continuation won't be taking any money from them.

Hasbro doesn't pursue legal action against third party toy companies because they fill a gap in the market Hasbro can't. This is a similar situation.

I used a 3D Ripper program to get the geometry, then Lightwave modeler to fix and rig them.

They turned out quite well, I would post an image but it's late and I need sleep.
