There's a lot of useless space on the map that is rendered ... such a waste of resources.

The better example was in Akota... It took me 3 minutes to find the edge of the world, drive off the surface, and respawn at the beginning.

You can't get there now. They changed the outside area so the floor is not solid anymore.

There are still some few methods to get out of the map in Akota.

You can glitch out of the map in every corner. I reported that bug a few times and they said it is now "fixed". What they did is they added 1-2 layers of invisible walls at the positions...

    Code:

That's the things I've reported but they aren't really fixed.

/Edit: Oh they removed the outside collisions? Now they fixed Akota

Ah, so you're the one that reported the one of the quick finishes...

There was another that they fixed during the delayed patch -
I recorded a video for them showing me finishing Akota in less than 2 minutes.

I didn't even need to kill the Titan.

That's been fixed. But we can still get to the Titan with the current patch.

But the collisions are still a problem, as we can still escape.

They need to extend the invisible walls

    hello transformers universe fans,

at the moment I have a good amount of relics that I have saved up,
I was just wondering, out of the choice between diabla, mismatch or conduit
who is the better character to play as? or should I save up 500 more relics for pandemic?

in regards to survivability Vs damage output

There isn't really a "better character to play as" as a lot of it depends on your playstyle and skill.

Conduit doesn't do a lot of damage but he's the best healer in the game and is more survivable than Sparkscape (possibly also Hotwire/Triage).

Mismatch can do a lot of damage and soak up a lot of punishment with a good team behind them. Generally considered a better tank than Showdown (particularly because Mismatch can actually protect his team and is a direct counter to Showdown in most ways).

Diabla has a lot of ways to keep herself alive and deal a lot of punishment to the enemy, but she can get overwhelmed if she's not careful.

Pandemic is a solid all-rounder. He's mostly centered on utility but does a little bit of everything short of healing his teammates. He strips buffs from enemies, increases his damage resistance, self heals, cloaks, disables weapons, increases damage dealt to an enemy, and his subsystem works well in tandem with a lot of Decepticons (such as Firebreaker's damage over time virus).

    Just some information's coming through:

I took over the dead /r/TransformersUniverse subreddit created 3 years ago.

    Transformers Universe

I updated the theme, added flair icons and other things.

Feel free to post anything related to TransformersUniverse.
I know there is an official /r/TFUniverse subreddit, but this the fan-based subreddit for TF:U.

    Greetings

Excuse me for barging in but I have some-

Breaking news! Jagex has confirmed that there might be possible layoffs in the near future for the Transformers Universe development staff. According to the article (link below) the members of staff may either be reassigned or removed entirely from the company.

    What do you think?

They're teasing Prowl as... nothing yet. All they've said is "Prowl confirmed!" Without actually confirming for what purpose.

    Prowl was confirmed:
    A. The day the game was announced in the first place as his and Barricade's concept art were the first bit of art we saw for the game.
    B. By any Autobot who has played a multiplayer match as he's the adviser during matches.

News. They keep using that word, but I don't think it means what they think it means.

That's all the more reason to believe it means "confirmed as playable." Besides, ImmaBeAPaladin found Barricade in the files, who they seem to be treating as a rival to Prowl and is probably more well-known to the general public than Prowl.

It does sound that way but Jagex has been keeping far too much information to themselves these days. These teasers mean nothing without context.

Chromia and Flamewar were confirmed as playable from Jagex personally but the only actual evidence of it we've gotten is the couple of profile pics Paladin found. They announced them back in early September slated for an October release then got kicked back for... some reason that wasn't really made clear. Somehow Jagex has seen fit to rerelease concept art we already had as 'news' instead of releasing teasers for characters we know nothing about other than names. September was the last time we got any actual solid information out of them.

Yeah, pretty much. On the forums I saw one of the Jagex mods say that the Barricade and Prowl thing aren't all it is and there is much more than just new warriors, but that's pretty much it.

The only gripe I have is that it's tough to find players willing to stick together and become a cohesive group. At least on my end. Then again my attempts at some 1v1 with Monsoon tend to work out, if not a bit OP.

Something that I mentioned back at the Flamewar concept thread: Has anyone tried to rip some models from Universe? The game runs on a modded Unity engine, which means that it could be ripped using a decent ripper. I've been hoping to see if I can use these models in a animation program like SFM or Max.

    Ripped from the game.

The models use bones, and thus you will have to repair asymmetry and warping.

They also come out white since it uses a color mask system.

What you mostly describe is an MMO. I WISH...not....none of that happening. This is a MOBA much like Dota right?

    The game is a "MOTA".

It's a third-person shooter with lock-on instead of actual aim for most weapons. It carries some MOBA influences such as class-types and abilities.

The largest problem with the game is the lack of updates and communication from the company. 3rd Party toy producers talk to the public more than Jagex does.
