Wow. I didn't expect some of the changes this time around. I'm loving the re-worked rewards. No more half cards! I do miss the guaranteed 3x event card, which was a great help. Now I have 2 half ratbats trying to make up the difference  . I do like that you can't just buy your way into a 10x bonus, but I suspect this bridge setup is expiremental and we will probably get hit with a $50 guaranteed shockwave offer at some point. Although I like a lot of this event...

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, GIVE US MORE WEAPON STORAGE!

When you have a collection of weapons for both factions, that leaves you one 50 pack pull at a time. And when those 50 cards cover so little ground in higher weapon level ups, going back and forth from the space bridge to upgrading is kind of annoying. Why do we need limits to the amounts of cards we can hold, anyway?

 

My deck power is a measly 7037. (That is me choosing the cards and weapons to get the weapon affinity bonuses for being all decepticons with all decepticon weapons). If I do the recommended, then I'm pushing 7200. Should I stick with my set now and get the bonuses, or go with the slightly higher deck power but not get the bonus?

 

Agreed, but it will still happen, and the episode will happen when it happens regardless of how much wailing there is.

I've said many times in the past that we need something more than raid boss events, I'd be curious if the Hellfire bros could fill us in on what the dungeon crawl events are.

It sounds like you were at the same point I was last event. I would take the extra 200 in deck power, because it means either more power (good) or more defense (just as good).

So you're cards may not get the bonus, but they'll stick around longer OR do more damage (or both). You're essentially breaking even.

The more T4s the better as well, since Crit is better than Triple Attack.

 

I have almost enough 4's to cover the entire deck (I actually think I may have ENOUGH to cover it). However, when I do that, my deck power drops nearly 600 points. it's very confusing, and as a casual player I don't really know what to go with. This is my first card game app outside of marvel war of heroes, so still very new to all of this. Thanks for the tip!

You know, if they wanted five bosses, they could have just as easily use the DJD. It would've at least gave us new character instead of old ones with a boost.

 

I'm not dealing terribly better damage than I was last night, even after getting Ratbat bot, his weapon, pulling Episode Ramjet's weapon (yay my first T4 pull... for a bot I don't even have!) and upgrading a bunch of stuff to max, increasing my deck power by about 1000 since I started last night (now at 7835). That said, I also notice my damage varies quite substantially... anywhere between 2 to 3.2 million (on anything from a Lv 1 Snarl to a Lv 3 Slug) has been typical, but then suddenly I did 5.68 million... on a Snarl Lv 5 or Slug Lv 2 or thereabouts. Seems like a variability of that degree is out of place at my level...

Also, strange how folks higher than me plummeted past me overnight. I'm holding Rank 2000-ish without toooo much effort (still seems like I spin my wheels most of the time like everyone else though). The person with the Fluttershy avatar (sorry, name escapes me)... your deck has been about the same and then stronger this event, you've reported higher damage capability I think, and you were higher than me e previous night. Now you're down in the 5000's? Seems so odd to me...

Anyway, burning through the cubes I swore I'd stash this time. Too much fun to use them, and well, a bit disappointed that the infiniplay thing I'd looked forward to doing this time was totally kaiboshed and I'm struggling to eke more out of my deck just like last event. Might as well toss cubes and enjoy it!

 

Recommend typically is your best bet until you've gotten some Reward cards in your base. So start with that, and then look at the last two cards to the right of the bottom row. Those are the two weakest. Then the two to the far left, then the two in the middle.

So start by trying to replace those with your strongest Cons and see what it does. Equip their weapon as well if you have it. If you can't build something better than recommend that way...odds are you're better off taking what it suggested.

I had the opposite, in which recommend gave me something but I could update it 400 points just by replacing Firestar with Episode Starscream and his weapon. Once I did that recommend doesn't try and correct me anymore.

You'd be surprised what a T4 weapon can do on the right bot. I had Ep Slipstream MTM'd with T3 Ramjet's weapon at Level 10 and she was barely hanging on as the 9th card in my deck.

Pulled T4 Trypticon's weapon, and she got bumped up a few spots above Firestar. It fits her perfectly except for not getting the Signature Weapon bonus.

Also, T4 Ramjet and T5 Shockwave's weapons both have the same three attributes as Ratbat's. So if you have T4 Ratbat and can get either of those weapons, odds are they'll end up being better suited for him despite not getting his signature weapon bonus.

Just spent $18 on 6 T3 cards.....Last event you could get a guaranteed complete SS for $30? Makes no sense. Im not asking for a T5 Shockwave, but it would be nice to get a Ramjet (R) to match one of the my two (A)s which will be useless in 6 days.

Get that Red Alert MTM'd (max both halves, trans-scan, and max again) so you open up another slot for a Con (or another bot in general). That'll help a lot since you won't be splitting his stats across two weaker bots.

Then focus on upgrading the strongest Decpticons you've got. Go down the list from there focusing your resources on any T4 cons, then on any T4 cards in general. I don't think any T3 Decepticons would make much of a difference even with the weapon bonus.

Also, I'm jealous of your Galvatron....

 

I saw 1 tfwer on teh lvl5 i just dropped. Considering ALL my allies are board peeps, that is just straight f*cked up. More queue shenanigans.

 

How in the hell is my deck better than yours? I don't have nearly as much t4's and I'm still in the 8000's.

I got SUPER lucky with Gavatron. Got him from a silver warrior medal during the down-time between events. Was STOKED, as you can tell by my name.

 

Weapons maybe? All of the cards in that deck are max level as well. Are your cards trans scanned? Because my T4's are not. Maybe that has something to do with it? I dunno lol.

 

Yeah, I pulled a Galvatron Alt Mode a while back and have been hoping to see his Bot show up at SOME point so I can put him in my con deck.

Though I'd rather have the second half to this Elite Megatron I've been sitting on since Fatal Furies...

 

If you want only TFWers in your ally requests, you're gonna have to have all of your allies have only TFW members in their ally lists... Good luck with that.
