Didn't they give WFC a 9/10 saying it stood where other transformer games fell?

 

Except that they gave WFC a 9/10 while GameSpot gave WFC a 6.5.

Anyone think this game could get way better reviews than the last? I certainly hope so.

 

After playing the demo, it just felt the same as WFC as me. Unfortunately it's a rent for me, although by playing the full game hopefully my mind will be changed.

It is. Jetfire and Soundwave also have the same voice actors as WFC

^ I agree with all of this, except the score... i'd give it a 8/10. This game is good but not great & it could have been if HMS would have pushed back it's release date to maybe nov or dec. I feel we could have had 2 extra chapters in FOC (making it 15 chapters in campaign instead of just 13). Shockwave & IronHide are so deserving of a campaign chapter... it just felt wrong & alittle unsatisfying.

And why was Jetfire & Soundwave's missions so quick... even though they let you play as Soundwave twice?

I know everyone has there pics as far as characters go... but campaign having Cliffjumper (who just feels like a recolored BumbleBee), Prime & Megatron who are both playable way too much in story... got a bit boring to me... especially when you know they could have worked in more playable bots into the plot. Mirage seemed much more fitting in the (Eye Of The Storm) chapter than Cliff... would have luv'd see'in a FOC design of Mirage.

And what's with the swords & the laim melee attacks... Megs & Prime (Ending Chapter) no axe or mace huh!

Don't get me wrong, i luv the games banter especially between Jazz & Cliff, luv Grimlock & Jazz's levels & gameplay as well... the (Defend The Ark) chapter with so many cameo's was bad ass & i'm diggin Escalation... but i see there's alot more that could have been done with this game considering it's hype.
