A custom repaint of the Masterpiece Optimus Prime, done in the style of Transformers Devastation's cel-shaded look.

    LEK CUSTOM

If there were ever I time I would be willing to pay over $100 for a single transformers toy, it would be now.

Drive around to the point flames come out of the exhaust pipes, then press an attack button. It shouldn't be any different than how the other characters do it.

Is there any way to check what levels you've finish with each character?
I played through as grimlock (expcet the very last battle forced me to play as Prime) And it didn't give me the achievement.

So how high does the Auto-Recover skill go? So far I've only seen it go up to 5.

Has anyone gotten weapons higher in rank than D and C? I seem to be stuck there. I just finished Chapter 2, so I guess they go to A later on in the game? Is there any method to the weapon ranking? And has anyone figured out the best method of leveling to get the most powerful weapons?

Second post: I love the game, and finally, someone has created a Generation 1 game, with the original voices and mostly original vehicle modes! Now, please create this G1 game:

    Characters:
Autobots: Prime, Sideswipe (plus Red Alert, Clamp Down, Deep Cover, Tigertrack), Sunstreaker, Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, Wheeljack, Ironhide and Ratchet, Trailbreaker, Mirage, Brawn, Gears, Windcharger, Top Spin, Twin Twist, Ultra Magnus, Grimlock and the other dinobots, Tracks and Road Rage, Prowl, Bluestreak, Smokescreen
Deceptions: Seekers and Coneheads, Battlechargers, Stunticons (G1-style), Devastator, Inspections, Deluxe Insecticons
Power-Ups: Powered Convoy Armor for Prime
Game play: like this one, but with split screen co-op, online multiplayer, and bonuses if you play as certain characters together, like Sideswipe and Sunstreaker; characters get their special powers (Mirage goes invisible, Sideswipe has piledrivers, etc).
Weapons: keep the true-to-G1 weapons, make sure each character has the weapons their toys came with.
Transformation and Alt-Modes: make sure it looks as closely as possible to G1.
Voices: G1 actors or very very good sound-alike if you can.

Scenarios: Re-watch G1 and just come up with something that would fit in with the overall tone, but not be super-cheesy.
Music: The G1 theme and original cartoon music. The music we got was ok, but more G1 tunes, please!

I love this game, but I want more!

Yeah GameStop was having a sale today for $29.99 for this game and I guess Amazon is price matching.

Luckily enough I had to go to the mall anyway today so I FINALLY picked up a copy and I am glad I did! The game is fucking awesome!! Sooo nostalgic in a great way. And I'm glad they got so many of the G1 voices (I do wish Starscream sounded more like Chris Latta though, surely there must be SOMEONE out there who can do a really great impression). After the colossal disappointment that was Battlefront last week, this is a breath of fresh air.

How did this game even come to be made? lol I just find it hard to believe that they wanted to make a nostalgic Transformers beat 'em up game.

I'd love a game like this but with all the Transformers generations (G1, Beast Wars, RID 2001, Animated, etc.).

A and B rank items only drop on Commander and higher for the most part.

So what's the key to getting SS Ranks? I got all the collectibles so I decided to up the difficulty to take on the other trophies. I can beat the bosses quickly, dodge to earn focus bonus points and to avoid getting hurt, but despite me doing this the highest I manage to get is an A Rank. So is there something else I should do to boost the points besides dodging?

I fought Mixmaster the other day and I was surprised that he wasn't voiced by Frank Welker. Anyone know why?

I assume it was because Frank Welker is too expensive and the people making the game couldn't afford him voicing more than just Megatron and Soundwave.

That's kind of what I was thinking too.

Also, the game is now down to $24.99 on Amazon! I almost wish I waited and saved an extra five bucks lol I haven't really played it THAT much since I got it last week :p

Snagged it yesterday off the PSN. Got it for $22.50 after applying the extra 10% off code that they were offering. I've really been enjoying reading the crew logs of the ProudStar, and seeing how Kranix fits into the whole story. It's interesting to see how he wound up on Lithone. It's like after 30 years they finally answered the question of where Lithone and Kranix came from and how they fit into the story and why Unicron would want to attack them and (I'm assuming because I haven't found all the logs yet), they might even explain how Kranix knows Unicron. I like it.

The game was starting to feel a bit repetetive with having to backtrack through the same section of city a lot, but then they mixed it up with an overhead Teletraan view of things. Kept it feeling a bit fresh. And then a 2D scrolling fight on the bridge, and now a chase scene with Motormaster. Oh yeah, and a turret sequence inside the Proud Star. Gotta give them credit. They're trying to mix it up.

Thats what impressed me with the game too. Those little retro parts are a huge nod to 1980's games which fits like a glove with the G1 feel of the game.

Just beat it. A short game, but a lot of fun. I can see there being a lot of replayability with this game, and trying to find all the hidden stuff, and just checking out all the different weapons, trying to get high ranks and all that.

The ending wasn't super satisfying for me. Seemed more like a setup for a sequel with Optimus checking out the schematics of his new combined form. Meh.

I did like his whole speech about how they need to start treating Earth like their real home. I kind of feel like this game helps bridge season 2 and the movie. Establishing some history with Kranix and Lithone, and possibly explaining why the Autobots built themselves an entire city on Earth. They're making it their home.
