I'm still waiting for Megatron to just become Senator Armstrong.

 

This game looks pretty cool. I love Platinum's style so I'll definitely pick this up.

Seems to me that the only reason we're all talking about this game, and anxiously awaiting its arrival, is because of the heavy nostalgia itch this thing will hopefully scratch. That being said, it would be shortsighted of them not to capitalize on that as much as they can. Perhaps we won't get additional playable characters, at first, but I wouldn't be surprised to see cameos of other characters sprinkled throughout this game.

I see Devastation as a toe dip in the water to test whether or not Hasbro/Platinum want to go for a swim in the deep end. Should the game prove successful, I wouldn't be surprised to see sequels or dlcs that take us deeper into this reimagined G1 world.

I can't find anything for a PC . Are preorders not usually available for pcs? Also are they always only downloadable ?

when I click on that link and I choose PC and I click on all 6 stores it shows nothing for PC, only for the game consoles, not one of the stores is selling the pc version that I can find.

 

I'm liking this game. Does that make me a G1 fan?

Ha I saw something that looked like grimlock doing shimmy shooting his gun in the new trailer.

PC games don't hit retail as much anymore. You'll want to look at digital distribution from places like Steam, GoG, GMG, etc. Unless its a super high profile title they won't list the game on there until a little closer to release. This is typical of Activision.

Just saw this thread; has it been pointed out that goldbug is a decepticon and there's clones of him?

 

I thought they were repainted Runabout as generic Decepticons. There's some blue ones too.
