None that have been announced. But also no one is going to announce anything about anything right now with E3 on the horizon. They'll wait until the show approaches when there's media attention.
Odds are against it. After the failures of Dark Spark and Transformers Universe, Hasbro is putting their efforts into mobile games, since those don't get completely slammed by most of the fan base.
Considering the reception of the last one, I wouldn't hold my breath. I wouldn't be surprised to see one based on G1 or (more likely) the Universe line.
What the tfu shutdown message meant by "realigning interests for 2015." But honestly, legends is really just flushing down the drain right now, and tf:bt is starting to follow; I even think there is a boycott by many of the high-paying players in tf:bt (but don't quote me on that, I'm not sure). Basically, it doesn't quite matter if hasbro makes a game on console or mobile if they can't make a good game and keep it going. Though I would honestly love to see a conclusion to FoC.
I wouldn't count on High Moon Studios making it because they're mostly supporting other developers and making ports of other games like Call of Duty. The last news I found was that they're going to support Bungie with their Destiny franchise. Source I'm really sad that a FoC sequel (by HMS) isn't likely to happen anytime soon, but we have to face the facts. What's cool though is that Matt Tieger is still working at HMS as of last month: Source.
