I noticed I am getting very good SR core drops. Today I got more character cores than in the last three weeks together. Actually I have Springer/Armada Megatron/Brainstorm/Slipstream/Skrapnel all in pipeline and slowly recruiting.

The other thing I noticed is when a live match starts, I use Jammer2, the opponent wins first strike and 3 of his 4 robots just so accidentally hit and instakill one of my strongest units. Love it. This definitely happens more often than usual now.

Can someone do me a favor?

I'm currently away from home (have been for more than a month, will be for another) and I'm on a tablet with certain "deficiencies". I can't get a screenshot with it, so I would appreciate it if someone could do so for me.

I'm looking for a screenshot from the TF:BT forum. Specifically, Kyle's reply in the "Found a guy using Spinister in PvP" thread in the General Discussion sub-forum.

Yep, no hackers but you never know when that guy you're fighting with 4 laser primes is actually a dev kicking your ass to "test something in live".

A lot of people are not sure Kyle's answer was much better.

Hey great news from dena spokesperson

    "Hey Guys,

So I just wanted to call out that there are numerous changes and improvements coming with the next client update which should be here in a couple weeks. Also, the game is being handed off to another team in a different studio within DeNA so it is possible that many of your concerns that I have forwarded to them will be taken into account in the near future. Of course, with this hand off, getting traction on these changes might be a bit slow going at first as they get up to speed.

I know that many of you guys feel the event types are very cookie cutter and are thus becoming less fun. I just want to give you guys a heads up that next weeks event will be more of same but the event after that is scheduled to be a Stronghold event. With the current event schedule and length, moving forward, the plan will be to try to stagger the event types (and hopefully introduce new event types) to make gameplay feel less stagnant. Again, this might take some time to happen but that is the goal.

Also, I know many players are wondering what happened to the daily campaign. It has been temporarily removed and will be brought back around the beginning of June.

If you have any game related questions regarding the current or future state of things, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Kyle"

Yeah saw that it's a good thread, though I don't have much hope for the team running the game.

Well the game is entering a steady state so I doubt it's going to their "A" team. The better teams are probably working on the next game.

Maybe. Even probably. But it's also possible they believe the game is underperforming it's revenue potential and are bringing in a more experienced team to try and kick start it to a higher gear.

I have to believe that Hasbro is charging a significant license fee for this, so I can't see them giving up after only a few months. GIJoe lasted over a year.

There is no "above boards" reason to change the team due to the recent drama.

If one person made a mistake, you swap them out, not the whole team. The only reason to switch the team as a reaction to the recent drama is if multiple members/all of the team was engaging in similar actions. The whole team gets switched so no one involved in that situation has any further contact with it, just the higher-ups.

BTW, in my 16 years of employment as a programmer, I have neither encountered nor heard of a reason in a modern computing installation for a QA tester to go into a live environment.

This already wasn't their "A" team. We know this from previous discussions here about the primary Evade bug. The scary thing is, it could be worse. I just took a quick look at the SBT forums and the complaints there make this game and its handling look flawless.

With recent drama I was referring to login problems, bruticus give away causing boycotted, multiple complaints of bugs such as evade, lost cores in inventory, dailiy campaigns. I think the QA tester was more incidental. I wonder if there was a big drop in spending after bruticus event. Lots of people on Dena board also claimed they were leaving. I wonder if there really a drop in profits and increase in their app being removed that lead to this. Especially with that period of silence from Kyle right before this announcement.

Honestly, the timing of a legitimate team switch seems like it would've come from the Bruticus snafu. Enough time has passed for information to work its way up the ladder and across the ocean, be duly considered and decided, and word passing back down. Kyle's statement for the team switch also isn't worded in a way that mentions the QA person incident or one that tries to not mention it. It appears like it was made out before that incident came up.

Personally speaking, if I was in a position of authority in DeNA, I would have the QA person fired and risk the unprofessionalism and possibility of lawsuit to blackball that person from ever working a QA job again. It's a good thing I'm not in a position of authority in DeNA.

Agreed, which is why I wrote that the QA tester was incidental

Y'know what? I've been really enjoying this game but the way things are, I just can't carry on with it anymore.
I can't level up or advance during an event because I keep getting matched up with live players who outmatch me, and guess what? There's an event on constantly.

I've lost pretty much every match I've been in for the past week or so.

    So I'm out.

I feel like the introduction of all these new +5 attack buff bots is unbalancing the game. Pretty soon there are going to be a lot of teams with +20 attack. I guess if everyone did it, it wouldn't matter, but it feels like Superion and Bruticus are becoming obsolete. When you add in plus 80 attack in total each round it really just comes down to who gets the FS. Oh well, guess I have to max out my second inferno, though it would help if I could win a freaking match and get some coins. Its been a bloodbath today.

I don't like were the game is heading. I like it when I started, when battles lasted for more than three turns. Now I get bombarded like crazy in the first round, then get smashed in the second if I do not win first strike. For me, there is just too much luck in this game and pay-for units too powerful.

I dunno but I am a free player who only spends on Energon. My free team of Bruticus,Blades and Hot Spot can take out almost any team using my strategy of confusing the opponent and making him waste his ability points.

Yes. Your team is already confusing me.... I think I forfeit to be on the safe side.
Seriously I think it would be fun to face you.

Right now I am using inferno x2 blades and scourge and I am in the 1700 current and winning most of the time. Every time when there has been a pay bot. One team had 3 laser prime. Honestly I think sometimes it harder to integrate event bots into your team especially if it's not your play style when you play pvp. Again you are getting increase event points for your troubles.
