    BAGS 54: Combiner Wars, Assemble!

Mike kicks off BAGS 54 with a review of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Does it live up to the first Avengers film? Does Ultron manage to escape the cliched corner his character exists in? Can Tony Stark go a single Avengers film without pissing off one of his team mates to the point of violence?
Jack looks at a Kickstarter for a video game called Bloodstained, helmed by Castlevania creator Koji Igarashi. Mike and Jack discuss the future Kickstarter has as a vehicle for creative and commercial endeavours, touching on the Mighty Number 9 and Play With This Too projects.
Mike gives his review of the first two waves of the Transformers: Combiner Wars line. Does it live up to the promise of reintroducing combiners to the Transformers line?
BAGS 54 ends as Mike and Jack discuss MMORPG subscriber numbers. World of Warcraft is down to 7 million subscribers, a loss of 3 million over the course of one quarter. The largest single quarter loss in the game's history. How much of that is due to Warlords of Draenor's lacklustre 6.1 patch? What can Blizzard do in the future to ensure that these quicker two patch expansions retain interest over the entirety of the expansion's life cycle?
Think that's bad though? Wildstar, a rival MMORPG developed by ex-Blizzard developers and programmers, has seen sales dip to as low as 2000 new customers. Is Wildstar's strategy of only appealing to hardcore gamers paying off, or will they need to broaden the game's appeal to keep it financially viable?

    BAGS 55: Netflix vs Seinfeld

Jack sees Avengers: Age of Ultron and gives his insights. Mike discusses the film's box office returns thus far. Is the second Avengers outing on pace for a solid release or a financial disappoint?
Mike and Jack discuss Marvel's outings via Netflix, and discuss how we're now living in another golden age of television. How do we bring that crashing down? How about a Full House sequel series? Way to strike while the iron's hot, Netflix.
Jack gives his...sort of review for Zombie Cats from Mars, a film that makes Ed Wood look like Alfred Hitchcock.
The show wraps up with a fresh round of complaining aimed at Blizzard for their lack of transparency regarding player concerns in World of Warcraft. The story of how developer arrogance turned what could have been the best expansion yet in Warlords of Draenor into a complete non-event.
