    Before the next video comes along (soon!) I thought I'd share a bit of extra info about the Brawn vs Megatron animation...

    I tried to keep things as close to the original toon as possible, but occasionally I made my own adjustments, for example:

    There's a strange changing colour of the walls when Megatron is rammed into by Prime (noted in the wiki as one of the toon's notorious errors) and the view outside is dark rather than daylight.

    In my version I restrict the colour change to one 'impact' frame and put in a daylight exterior:

    Prime's transformation. On the toon version he transforms as you might expect, splitting from his trailer and turning into bot mode. The trailer does not disappear, but there's a weird effect added - streaks of light that run across the outline of the trailer. I thought it made more sense for this to represent the trailer's dematerialisation so in my version we get to see the trailer disappearing.

    Brawn drives over Megatron's fusion cannon. Obviously totally impossible! Created with separate Brawny frames and cannon/claw frames (claw borrowed from MP-10's trailer!), these are combined in Photoshop and given added motion blur.

    Also, Apollyon's cannon is far too large for Brawny to wield (and I didn't have Apollyon when the Brawn shots were taken) so instead that's a G1 Megatron fusion cannon that Brawn and Laserbeak interact with (as it drops from Laserbeak's clutches onto Megatron's arm it switches from G1 to Apollyon mid shot - luckily the cannons are so close in design that you can't tell!
