I actually bought some more stuff from him today because this thread reminded me to check his store again. I was extremely impressed by how fast communication with him was. Very happy. I was emailed in person literally about 5 minutes after making the order!

I bought from them too. As many have said, Matthew is good and he also shows his product for sale on youtube. Prices are reasonable and he owns a lot of good past figures if you are hunting for those. Highly recommended

I would also recommend Transformerland as a great resource for purchasing and researching. From recent figures MISB to somewhat obscure mint G1 figures and small parts requests, they've always come through. They also have way more in inventory than what's listed online and they communicate quite well.

Hi, Matt here...Yes, we have an actual location, not a store front, but people drop in all the time. Just be sure to call first, phone number is on the site:
Sell Transformers Collection, Figures, and Toys

It's OK to call if you're buying, selling, trading, or just having a bad day ;)
We're Eastern US time, so bear that in mind!

How is this site? Have anyone tried selling your collection to them? How was that experience?

This is my personal experience from last year (2019), so it ain't necessarily gonna reflect everyone else's interactions from just this past year:

tried selling a few pieces to them -- so not a huge lot -- and I don't know if it was that I was selling stuff that was too common (widely available retail, so I can understand and respect there not being much aftermarket demand), or if they were swamped with other work, but they ghosted me (no further emails, no reason given.) Haven't tried selling to them since.

Very reliable site. I’ve bought plenty from them online and various conventions they’ve been at. I think they have extremely fair pricing.

I've bought Beast Wars figures from them. I really like them. If you buy anything from them, do it on their website. Their website's prices are cheaper than the prices listed on their eBay page.

Google them and read through the multitude of negative experiences. Never mail in a bulk lot to a dealer/website, especially this one. They will nickel and dime any flaws (real or not) and then you gotta either take another loss on value, or take another loss on shipping it back and hoping they do. And the only way to be protected in that instance with shipping insurance is with a purchase receipt from the seller, so if you want insurance you'd need to essentially buy back the figures you never sold in the first place.

They also ship like absolute trash. I bought there one time and they jammed a dozen painted accessories into a bag with a figure that was painted (and HEAVY) and almost everything was scratched and scuffed. They also have shitty shipping quirks that can overcharge you quite a bit if you aren't careful.
