My 2 Tracks have finally shipped. I didn't have any trouble with Wheeljack in terms of the 2 I ordered last year. Just took a good while.

    Yup, will do.

Good to know about the multiple orders thing, though. I have been doubling up on MP's lately... maybe I'll start ordering one from AE and one from a different store, just to disperse the risk a bit.

Welp, the post office didn't even try to deliver my Tracks and just sent it right back to AE for some unknown reason. Has anyone ever had their stuff sent back?

Their site says they'll charge me shipping again and apparently some charge for taking it back. They can barely email any of my questions half the time, so I have no idea how this whole thing will play out.

I buy from AE time to time, especially for Transformers, but sometimes figurines too. I pay, they ship, and I get my products eventually, and their tracking number is useless, but I get my good, no damage or issues there yet.

But customer service? None existant!!1 I emailed them at least 5 times to cancel an order I placed, within a few days, and they never ever ever responded to even one of them.... I can imagine if I have any issue with the figure, I will just be stuck with it.

On the bright side, they are located in Hong Kong, and undervalue products, thus the chances of getting Duty / Taxes is pretty low if at all. Etailers like HLJ and AE, which are in Japan, cannot undervalue, thus there is that chance one day you may get sting, especially if value of products is over 100$.

    So I use them....

That sucks, although I know for my stuff that was being held at the post office they gave me a good 3 weeks to pick it up, but then again maybe your post office just messed up which does happen...I just paid to ship my 2 Tracks and chose the economy shipping...hopefully there's a tracking # attached to it...I forget if there is or not, didn't want to pay the fast method cause it was twice as much...although maybe I should have just to insure that I would get the figures...
Yup I did that as well, didn't get any response whatsoever...Do you mean "On the Bright Side" is a toy store located in HK where you get stuff at?

I just went to login on Anime Export; turns out my Tracks is ready to ship.

Do they not usually send you an email saying something along the lines of, "Dude, your stuff is ready to ship"?...I guess they don't. Oh well; guess he'll arrive soon.

Update: Went with the PayPal dispute. They shipped out my 2nd Exhaust with my Tracks order (2, both arrived!) and upgraded me to EMS for free. Received it 11/14/15.

    Try using [email protected]
Also, PayPal list all their contact info, address, phone number, e-mail address.

So I'm going to have to file another dispute, but I'll try that Anime Export gmail first.

My deal was that I ordered 3x MP Exhaust, and shipped him with another bunch of figures, only 1 MP Exhaust showed up. Had to file a dispute, they refunded me almost immediately.

Now I look at the site and they removed preorders for Star Wars Figuarts that I had on that original MP Exhaust order as well. So it's like they were making up for refunding me and fucking me on the Figuarts.

I did, since I was happy with the outcome and received my stuff.

I guess if I asked for a refund outright, and they gave it to me, PayPal would then close the dispute themselves...honestly its the first time I ever had to use it (did it with Ebay before).

Getting real tired of ordering 2 of something and only receiving 1. Happened for MP Bee and now for MP Tracks. I have ordered a lot from them at great prices and everything was fine. Really wished they could just check quantities correctly.

ah well....there goes the next month or two of my life trying to get through to them....

When a new figure drops I tend to check my AE que daily or hourly... or every few minutes >.> I usually can catch it and can pay shipping even before I ever receive a email, they tend to follow the rules Takara states for release date rather closer then some of the others so you tend to get payment requests within a couple days after the release date weekends and holidays not withstanding.

I don't believe there is a stated time limit on their warehouse, although I am afraid to let my que build up... mostly because I am an impatient person when there is a mold I don't have, love these poseable hand puzzles ;)

I don't let my AE figures build up anymore. The more you build up, the more likely you'll be missing a figure.

Not quite sure how long they hold them for you but I don't wait that long in case they do mess up on an order and the longer you wait as well the less likely paypal can do anything for you.
Thanks to Thundershot and others stating that they've missed a few extra figures, I just ship them out when there's more then 2 figures in stock just so there's nothing missing. Who knows maybe they pull out the extras if you sit on it for a long time to sell back out thinking you forgot about your orders...
