    Absolutely

MP10 is one of the most reused molds. Just wait around. Anyone paying $200+ for any masterpiece now is just throwing money carelessly due to impatience.

As others have mentioned, Hasbro reset their numbering system and have gone back as far as Grimlock. If Grimlock happened so will Prime.

I recall Hasbro saying they're planning a reissue at Botcon.

Year of the Horse Optimus Prime at TRU , if you're too lazy to order one online.

I'm with this guy's reasoning. It's far too popular for them not to re-issue it. But it certainly won't be as cheap as they were in TRU, at least the whole 2 dozen that made it out to shelves :D

I am willing to pay up to YOTH prices for a reissue, but not more than $150. Might as well go Takara if you're willing to spend that kinda money. Hope this happens in the next two years, though.

Given the demand, a reissue is inevitable; it could take years but a reissue is almost certain. The reissuing of MP-08X is an indication that Takara-Tomy is very much aware of the market demands and they will strive to meet those demands.

I got the Year of the Horse version, just to get a version of the mould that was still Optimus. If Hasbro does a reissue, I'll buy one though.

I would say that you should get the YOTH prime when it is relatively available now. If not, then you'll knot your head against the wall when he is unavailable. He is stunning in person. He's not toon accurate but he's still an Optimus prime also he is NOT a substitute either. Get this and patiently wait for the reissue of mp10. It will happen just not now. Be wise Don't Do the bidding war on ebay or pay anything over $200 shipped. In the meantime, just get the other MPs, there's so many coming out and by the time we get to wheeljack or B. Bee in the US, prime will be out once again. Don't miss YOTH or you'll regret.

I think they will milk the hell out of the mold.
Itll be reissued so much that people will start complaining.
    I just hope the make a g2 version along a g2 grimlock.
All they need to do is come to this board and see the g2 version a member made here and its a lock.

I am waiting on a possible reissue like Grimlock. So far I went with mp 10b to satisfy me with the mold and awesome deco.

Since you're quoting me I'm not sure if you're talking to me... He may look great, but toon accuracy is the goal with my MP collection. No Diaclone, G2, retconned fan made characters, or arbitrary decos for me.
