each TF has its own cardboard backing (comic boards) and plastic blister. each cardboard backing is cut and bent like the original was and each TF displayed like it did before being opened. of course some of them look better than others as i improved while doing these.
this is just about 70% of what i had hauled in the past months. ive still got alot more empty boxes to fill and make blisters for. but thats the fun part i guess. the figures most of them i already had. the bad part is all these do take up space. and alot of these, and i mean alot are nearly 100% complete down to paperwork.
the fort max box was my latest grab. very very good condition and it came with the styrofoam cover board ... for $60 ... now all i need is fort max himself ...
let me know what you guys think about the custom work.... thanks |

Any way you can post on how you actually fixed these things? The Insecticon boxes I do have could really use some work. Thanks!
Many thanks to kjeevahh for the sweet sig.!! My Feedback: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/junkion-exchange-feedback/90873-triformis.html |

They look like the plastic bubbles you can get at comic stores. The foam I like m look at skullcruncher that is a well done insert. |

P.S: you got SKids!!! | i had so many insecticons lying around and kickback i had tons of. so i looked for boxes and good thing they came cheap. as for mulitples, yeah i do have quite a bit but if they came cheap, i dont usually hold back. its either i had the box but no figure or no box but i have the figure.
hot spot is cool eh ... the US version is custom platic also but i have to improve it because it holds the figure against the back to much. ide like to push it closer to the outer window. the Spanish hot spot i customed with foam, one of my better foam customs.
im working on another skids right now |

Ive been making my own inserts out of illustration board and using a couple of twist ties where necessary to hold the figs on the board. I would be curious to know where you got the plastic for the custom bubbles and how easy it is to work with.
Here's a pic of the first one I did: CURE ME OF MY COMPLETIST WAYS -Soon to be King of the Animated Road!
