So, I ordered a package over the weekend and chose three day shipping. It charged the credit card I used and everything. I've never shopped there so IDK if this is just a usual thing. But my package has yet to ship out. Does it tend to take time for TFSource to ship stuff or what? I wasn't given a possible arrival date or a tracking number, so IDK what exactly to do. Any ideas?

It can take them a bit of time depending on how many orders are being placed but it does seem to be getting a little excessive isn't it? Shoot them an email and ask for a status update. They have also been hit or miss on how quickly they respond sometimes but usually they get back within 24 hours.

    Did you try e-mailing them?

Edit: Posted before I saw ahro23 already suggested that.

I was gonna e-mail them if nothing changed by tomorrow. I just wanted to know if this is a usual thing so I didn't do something stupid or over react.

I stopped buying from them because whenever there was a big release it took them way too long to ship. BBTS, toydojo, and acestoystore almost always ship within 24 hours... 48 at the most. I've had TFsource take over a week a few times.

Yeah, I just assumed it was the spring sale that's taking them so long. But I'd rather pay 50 for these two figures I got instead of 100 when they're regular priced.

I placed an order with them on April 21 and I just got the shipping notice 10 minutes ago; so roughly 48 hrs for me. I don't think that's too excessive, but I guess it could depend on how busy they are.

Seems they knew I was ready to send an e-mail cause they just sent it out like a couple minutes ago. But still, it took half a week.

My advice is don't use a credit card at TFsource.

Since you already did, my advice is cancel that card and get a new one and don't use another card at TFsource.

In the past some service they had used was hacked and peoples info was stolen. That popped up a few times. Haven't heard anything as of late since they were supposed to have rectified the issue unlike TFCC.

Was TFCC hit more than once? I honestly don't remember. I know TFsource has been...

Well, at least they weren't leaving printed copies of people's personal information to float around the warehouse...

Maybe things are slower since they expanded to Toysource?

TFSource = Worst service ever. I won't ever use them again unless they show clear signs of improvement. And then there's that credit card issue they had with a number of people as well a while back.

I was one of those whose card was stolen from TFSource. I was more annoyed that even after I contacted them about it, they never replied or even owned up to it on their website.

I had just gotten a brand new card with a new number, Animated Black Rodimus was my first purchase from them, the charge for Rodimus was on Friday, that weekend the card was maxed out with charges I didn't make and there was a thread full of people in the same boat. My credit card company did a stellar job handling it, but I'm never using TFSource again, that was my first and last purchase from them. I don't even care if they fixed the problem, that they never replied to me about it or owned up that their system was breached is enough for me to have no confidence in them and I'd rather spend a few bucks ordering elsewhere every time.
