Voyager Springer & Sandstorm certainly work, and I think Universe Ultra Silverbolt looks well next to the MP car dudes. Maybe a little short compared to the MP seekers though.

    Alternators work well too.

I don't yet have MP-10, so I can't confirm it, but I know 30th Springer and Sandstorm stand well next to Alternators.

I use the MP-4 "Walmart" Prime at the moment and he stands well next to:
    Alternators Hound
    Alt. Stepper/Ricochet
    Alt. Sideswipe
    Alt. Meister (Jazz)
    Classics Bumblebee/Cliffjumper
    Generations Warpath
    and a few others..

I also use G1 Blaster, Jetfire, and Perceptor as stand-ins for now

HFTD Breacher (makes an excellent Roller; the new Generations Roller targetmaster is based off of Breacher). Generations Springer and Whirl both do as well, and while Roadbuster's not as slavish as Whirl is, he should slot in fairly well (though he's TINY compared to what he should be). If you don't mind 3P stuff, the FansProject Insecticons are pretty much the perfect height and can really fill out the Decepticon ranks. Mech Ideas Apex and Geminus make fantastic MP Jumpstarters, as well.

Out of upcoming figures, Leader Jetfire should be a fantastic size for MPs for now; smaller than he should be, but at $40 versus $200 or more, it's not a bad trade-off, especially considering that he does the same thing as a lot of other MPs by having a toy-based vehicle mode and an animation-based robot mode.

I use a lot of figures from other lines with my MPs.

All this talk of generations springer is getting me thinking now.

I find the MegaBlocks Call of Duty figures look pretty good with my MPs. My photobucket's out of bandwidth, tho, so no pics for now. The Human Alliance people aren't bad either - they're smaller than they should be for actual HA Cars. They're still a bit too big for modern MPs, but they work.

I use the 1/48 Macross Valkyries as stand-ins for Jetfire and other Autobot planes.

And, as noted, Alts/BTs work with MP-1, MP-2, the Seekers, and MP-9. They're much too big to work with MP-10 and the cars, though.

I've evangelized him in other threads, but I have my iGear Veer right next to the Datsun Bros and Sideswipe, and he fits pretty well. A bit TOO slavish to the '86 Swerve maybe, but I like him all the same and I think he'll look good with Krank and Stax when I get around to ordering them.
