Yes they do, i know this first hand. I dont not recommend them at all. I will never order anything from them EVER!

 

I just opened a account with chosen prime about a week ago and so far i have bought transbots stax and kfc articulated hands for Mp10. Im very happy with thier service. I have now made them my main shop for my Transformers. I mainly and only collect Masterpiece, or any 3rd party toys that imo fit, or serve as fill ins for g1 characters. His rewards and free shipping program is very convenient for me as most Mp are $150 + in my experience. For every dollar you spend you get points. Once you get 150 you get $5 dollars off your next purchase. And you now can pre-order without any up front payment or choose to pay for it now. And you can order stack like Bbts and other places.

Im gonna cancel some of my preorders that i have from Bbts and pre-order from Chosen Prime and eventually just order all my future Masterpiece from them. And i also love the same day shipping. I hate to wait for my toys, so it seems he has shipped my items the same day i have orderd them. In both cases i live in texas and it was about 3pm or so when i checked out and both shipped the same day. So for me from all it is the best place for me to buy from. Im very happy that i found Chosen Prime and i will be a long time customer for many years to come. Also my 2 items were very neatly and securely packaged as good or better than anyone i ever orderd from. I have 100% confidence that i will be taken care of and buying from Brandon.

Just placed my Quantron order with Chosen Prime as well. Talked to them at Botcon and seemed to be a great bunch!

 

anyone know when they are getting the recolor mania king in? they've been saying coming this week for 3 weeks so just wondering.

 

I just opened my account with TheChosenPrime about 2 weeks ago. Brandon's communication with me was excellent and eased many of my concerns.I ordered a Movie Advance Wheeljack and Dino. I got a better value for my money then some of my local TF places.The shipping was fast and really well packed as he even packs stuff better then some of my local TF store/sellers do. I definitely look forward to buying from him again.

 

I'm trying to adjust or even see my order for Windblades but the site won't let me. It keeps making me log on, then taking me to My Account, and when I click on the order it prompts a log on. Rinse and repeat. This happened some time ago too. Sent in tech support at the time (don't remember the outcome as I just wanted to see it at the time). I had hoped this wouldn't be an issue months later.

 

He will get it fixed. Be patient. It's a holiday weekend so check again and/or contact him on Tuesday and I am sure he will get it fixed. It happened to me to, but you might want to just try a different browser  

 

More or less I'm just a little concerned that his is happening again months after the first time.

 

Has this happened to anyone? I opened an account with them and preordered Magnus and bee and my account has already been charged

try using internet exploder. I know, I hate using it too, but I found that all the interface problems I was having with the site (logouts, trying to buy $5 credit coupons with points, etc., like you were saying) went away after using it with internet exploder.

He preauths your payment method to see if the funds are available. The charge should go away in a couple days from my experiences.

I also only use these guys now with toydojo in the mix for things I can't find at TCP. Just the service, point credit system and shipping are so good that I have no reason to shop anywhere else.

If their site would work I would have bought one. But too bad I can't use their site. So if you guys don't have my issue you might want to consider this.

Yeah i am switching all my preorders to Brandon is very nice and understanding. I have contacted him with questions and concerns. Just ordered Scoria from him a few minutes ago. He is the only guy who has it right now.

My Scoria has shipped 20 minutes tops after i ordered.
